I don't blame the person who paid 5 k for massage, considering Bangalore has very few options and also people tend to keep good Indies amongst themselves or closed group without Sharing with others. Its been established that paying 5000 for a massage is stupidity, hope we can move on beyond that. I don't believe you can bring the price down to 1600/1800 at H'wang. Is this an anecdotal, one-size-fits-all thing that's being thrown about? 3 people paid in front of me at this spa and everyone was paying high amounts. While the possibility of all 4 (3 + me) being idiots is absolutely there, I find it hard to believe for someone to walk in and be offered a 90 min massage for 1800 at H'wang.

I took masage 1800 for 60 minutes (90 minut she told me. 3000/ but she was OK with 2500/ also) it was before the covid lockdown.

I agree and can offer no excuses. I'm only into MP and something about bringing mongering into my house (doorstep massage) does not sit well with me. In the current lockdown, H'wang is probably the only spa that I know of that operates past 2 PM.

With the lockdown and with spas only operating till 2 PM, desperation got the better of me and I ended up going to H'wang in exPm. The whole experience was nothing short of a mugging.

First, the receptionist is delusional and asked me 6.5 K for 90 minutes of deep tissue. I realized that she truly (and incorrectly) believes that H'wang is a world class spa with nothing else in BLR coming close.

Said desperation still being at play, I was able to get her to reduce it to 5 K which is also ridiculous if I'm being honest. As all non Indian therapists had fled the country to get vaccinated in their own country, I got a therapist from Nagaland whose name is that of a flower that grows in water bodies (L). 10 minutes into the massage and I realized expecting a good massage was a lost cause. After what seemed like an eternity, she asked what extras I needed. I said I have had B2 be in the spa previously for 3 K. She laughed it off and said B2 be from her would cost 8 K, it was now my turn to laugh. Still trying to salvage something I asked her what HJ TA would cost. Apparently 4.5 K. I gave her some honest feedback on her massage and declined extras. On my way out I got hold of the receptionist and listed a few spas that compare to H'wang and do a significantly better job.

The google reviews are super misleading. Nirvana is another similar spa but I hear people having a good time there despite the cost being high. Am I missing something here? Has anybody in the forum experienced any sort of success with H'wang? Please PM me if so.
