Day 11.

Didn't really feel up to much after the night's activities with PTC. And it was raining again.

So, another day of lazing. Some more messages from GTG, I was bored and lonely. And she's good banter. And 'free. ' So I invited her over to swim at the pool by my room, rain notwithstanding. She looks phenomenal in a bikini. Sun comes out just as she arrives, so we spend the afternoon lazing by the pool, drinking beer and swimming. In other news, I've firmed up my travel plans. Flight to BKK (there's none direct to Pattaya from Phuket soon enough), taxi to Pattaya and I've booked a condo for a few days. I can't get my head around the travel restrictions / different zones, what you're allowed to do. So I'm just going to do what I do best, play the loveably clueless and ineffably polite Englishman.

It's not just mongers. In the 2 hotels where I went there are also families with children and western couples.

I have a panoramic view of Nai Harn beach and it gets crowded.. Nothing to do with what I'm seeing on youtube of Pattaya beach right now. From here I can't say if they are Thais or Farangs, but a while ago when I went down there were a lot of westerners.

The shops in Rawai are almost all open. Honestly, despite the rainy season, it's not the desert.

On the other hand, all of Thailand and all tourists know that (at the moment) almost everyone is vaccinated and that Phuket is one of the safest places. Lots of girls I know from Pattaya would love to come to Phuket (difficult since the new rules for domestic travel to Phuket last night). Many farnant are thinking of changing their plan and are now thinking of staying in Phuket.

Nobody knows. But maybe Phuket will pull it off, there are some indicators in the green. To be THE international tourist spot in Thailand for the high season.

I get it Mr. E that girls who find an over the top spender don't regard him as anything other than an opportunity to put some cash in the bank and perhaps develop into a high end sponsor. I get it that in a gogo the bar fine is the same no matter which girl you choose. I get it that there is no empirical evidence paying more gets you better service however being here over 20 years it has been my experience there is a definite correlation between price and looks. A simple illustration is the tiered pricing you find at higher end oilies or the rates better looking girls charge on escort sites. That said you seem to find your tricks online, something I have never cracked, perhaps it's different there.
