I called the no. In JD, there were 2 & no one picked up yesterday & today. Same address is mentioned in JD, but there is no 'Kimati Hotel ' in google maps. Visited the place. There was no such Place / Sign board beside Titan Eye Plus. Checked both sides of the road. Opp side of road there is a Hyundai Showroom, & building with Dominoes at Grd floor. There are lines of shops between HP petrol pump & Titan eye on that side of road. Where is this place exactly?

You are right. Pune is expensive as compared to other cities in mongering, but I think if we explore a bit and bargain we can get better deals here too. Moreover, Lucknow, Guwahati etc are tier 2 cities, while Pune is tier1 city and every thing is bit more expensive here as compared to tier 2 cities, like real estate. Having said that, there was a great time around 5-6 years ago, when I had struck gold in some spas. I found a place where I enjoyed with hot college girls (who wanted to make some pocket money) and some lonely but beautiful and horny housewives whose husbands have either left them or were away for work in gulf countries. In those places I had fun for less than 2 k in those days when in Mumbai, SPs used to charge 2- 8 k depending upon the quality of birds, like they do in NL in Mumbai.

So lesson learnt is, there is lots of fish in Pune too, but you need to explore and bargain more.
