From my perspective the entire thing is pointless. I frequent countries such as Dominican Republic and Colombia where not even a test or vaccine is required to enter. There is no rash of tourists or locals returning home spreading covid in these places.

I agree. Trips to Mex, especially Cabo, have been great. I do miss Thai, but the freedoms in Mex is better than most of USA. Only restrictions is from USA. Must have 24 HR neg test for unvax, and 72 HR for Vax to return. No issues there. Most don't wear masks. Few places want it going in. Point is place is doing great and no issues from anyone I am in contact w (300) that frequent, has had any sick. Other than one food poisoning.

There are some flights that layover in BKK and fly to Phuket from Chicago (on the same airlines) . But since I was going the cheap route (Booking one way tickets) and trying to switch airlines when I get to BKK, that may cause an issue with quarantine and customs, even tho I won't be staying in BKK.

Are you a returning expat? Are you entering on a long stay visa? You might find that you will not be able to board your flight in Chicago at all if you cannot show appropriate visa or extension of stay document that allows one way travel.

I don't believe that your plans will be allowed under current Covid regulations. You must fly directly to Phuket from outside Thailand, or else quarantine one night in Bangkok and take a PCR test.

I believe the law allows for 30 day supply of prescription medicines. Could be any amount as long as you have a prescription.

I believe he can legally bring 30 tablets back with a prescription. Prescription would have to state to take one a day. IF available in Thailand then purchase the 200 MG and cut it up as needed for a longer supply.

Online search does not show a generic. Then again this is the first time have heard about this ED med.

I've been using generic Viagra and Cialis for years and they both effectively eliminate any ED problems. The problem is they both cause headache and nasty congestion for just as long as the ED problem is resolved. Levitra does nothing for me, no side effects, no boner.

In USA I recently tried Stendra. It's effective and the side effects are minimal. It also has a secondary advantage that it becomes effective very quickly, about half the time of Viagra.
