    First experience booking from massagerepublic

I found this profile in massagerepublic website: https://massagerepublic.com/female-e...m-in-sukhumvit.

I added her Line ID and made an appointment for an hour. She asked me to pay 1200 Baht as a deposit and gave me her bank account.

After a successful transfer I got the address in a hotel. Imagine my surprise when I saw a totally different girl opened the door.

The girl was very skinny, not pretty and did not look like the girl in the website. Not at all.

Well, I guess this will be my first and last online booking. Next time I will simply visit the parlours by myself.

    Siempre Reap

I have been there too and have to concur. Everyone who can travel should visit Siem Reap at least once to view this marvel (Angkor what) of the ancient world. The town itself is pleasant enough for a few days but I found the nightlife marginal and the mongering woeful.

Phnom Penh is a bit better but it's overall a sleazy and poor city, lots of petty crime, poor public transportation, and not a lot to do after a few days.

Don't worry about your Thai language skills. Very few tourists or even local ex pats speak the language well. English is the 'lengua Franca' there.

Until the CCPCovid screwed up my life (oh what a whiner I am, fat rich farang can't travel, waaaah, what an inhumane POS I am for saying that) I was living in Siem Reap. Even if you know what you are doing (eg. Make sure to carry a stick to beat off the street dogs) the quality is depressing. But drugs and life are cheap.

I'm sure there is a scene in PP, but that's all there is. Cute girls everywhere though, but not for tourists.

    New to Bangkok

Appreciate a lot of info on the board.

Q: I like big heavy set women- how do I ask for that to mamasaan- the google translate is confusing.

Q: Never had Nuru but seems fun, are MY hands acceptable to roam around in different holes?

Is there like a good report for newbies for Bangkok?

I am currently hesitating between Thailand and Cambodia for the first half of January.

As the bars in Bangkok are closed, I read with interest the reports regarding the Sideline thing. Insiders point out that speaking Thai is highly recommended. I would like to know what difficulties would face a guy who has already been to the country several times, but who does not speak Thai. Is it the appointment setting? Finding the way to the room? Communication with the hostess?

In short, is it challenging or discouraging?

    Any answer will be appreciated.

Thai people with money do tip. Sometimes generously. Most apps allow for tipping your delivery driver I think. How many Thai people who have western income / money have you ever seen get delivery? Cmon.

Yep. 1000's of listings. Many people stay at AirBNB. Doesn't mean it's legal in Thailand. Thailand made AirBNB illegal about 4 years ago to protect the hotel industry. No different to Thailand making Uber illegal to protect taxis and some other ride share companies more close to the vest.

Also, with the now new COVID regulations, no way any condo will allow non-residents to even come in the lobby, Security collects the food, puts a sticker with your unit number and leaves it on a lobby counter for you to come pick-up at your convenience.

Somchai the delivery Boy seldom sees its customers. For me to tip him (at my condo) I have to give the tip to the security guard who then passes it on to Somchai. "Contactless" they say.

    AIR BnB

If AIR BnB is illegal than thousands of people are breaking the law. A quick glance at their website would prove that.

Many girls won't do entire days. They have to take care of their kid when their Thai BF works during the day. If your offer is high enough then she may go entire days cause she'll pay someone to babysit her kid.

Usually in Europe I am interested into 30 min or 60 min. Is this short and long time?

And I wonder what would be price for entire evening / night or hiring them for entire day.

I know it is hard to tell and every girl can have different price, but just for example.

What would be prices for a good-looking 18-24 years old girl. In comparison what I could except from same person for short, long. Something.

Non-registered hotel visitors in Thailand are called "joiners" and most hotels have a policy regarding joiners. Generally they are not frowned upon, but best to do your research.

As for pricing here are a couple of examples where it is clearly stated:

Smooci is an outcall escort website: Smooci.com.

Analisa is an incall massage shop: Analisamassage.com.

Every girl is different but in general GoGo Bar girls are about 3000 baht for short time which usually means one shot in about a 2 HR time frame. Some girls will do 2 shots if you negotiate ahead of time. Time long is usually till the next morning or afternoon and cost about 5000 baht for 1 shot at night and another in the morning, but as I said this is general and YMMV.

I won't answer about Airbnb's as I'm not a fan but most girls around the RLD (Nana, SC, and Patpong) will allow girls, some will have joiner fees but you can google the specific hotel as there are lists out there to see.
