Well a number of things. I lived there before so I know it. They speak English. They have a good retirement visa for military vets. But actually go into detail about why you prefer to live in PI over the DR? I posted why most guys would be happier in he DR vs. Colombia and why I would choose Colombia to live (with several visits to the DR).

Most people aren't as introspective and analytical as me but the short version of why most mongers if they had to pick one country to travel to the DR and Santo Domingo to be exact is "better" than Colombia is the friendliness of the people. The DR because it's a tourist destination is very accomodating, I'd say it's probably the most welcoming place on earth.

The Chicas can play it both ways you can run through hundreds of them on vacation or they can a be a maid / tour guide / hooker. In Cali I've had people rave about the place then leave a few days later because although you can get beautiful women here They' have one foot out the door as soon as you say 'm Coming". I have been off of the Island for 10 months and I still have one of my maids sending me coffee stickers each morning.

She used to make me a cup of coffee after I fucked her. In two months of hitting the DR without knowing a soul I was choking on the supply of pussy from one chica who must have put up a sign in Las Americas It took me 7 months to get the big butt delivery service going in Cali.

I didn't mean that to be so long but the short version is If you want chicas to run through or raise rug rats with the DR is better choice however Colombia and Cali specifically is much cheaper for everything and I don't mind challenging hunts and training chicas. Especially ones that are first time fucking gringos and first time fucking professionally period. And the infrastructure is better and there's less humidity.

So saying all that if you could outline your reasonings for living in PI I'd love to hear them, since it is popular you may help several other mongers make a decision. Frankly the fact that they have typhoons and power outages and the heat is a turn off for me but thousands of mongers can't be wrong and at some point I will visit and see for myself.

I would not think of the PI for big chested women Kup you are my main man you need to explain this one. I did 8 trips this year and the curfew was tough. On weekends things were shut down at 5 pm. Never the less having girls on my whatapp list allowed me to enjoy every minute. How you interact with girls makes all the difference. I thrive for GFE when ever possible. Welcome, I live in Zona Colonial and I love it. It has a pedestrian mall called El Conde that is great for walking or just hanging out. It has several nice parks to hangout and people watch while sipping a beer. Park Colon, park Cervantes and park Enriquez are all good to post up during the day. The malecon is lively and the hotels are nice with the casinos and live music. Plus you don't need a car for any of this, it's all within a 15 minutes walk. The street tricks are full of games but sometimes you find a new gem on El conde but be careful. Pacos, Fenix, Segazona and Romas are good spots to have a drink, or meal. All in Zona Colonial.

The problem with Zona Colonial is that accommodations has gotten expensive now that tourism is up. In the middle of the shut down I rented my penthouse for 850 usd a month. Now as tourism is increasing the same penthouse has gone up to 1300 usd a month. I'm not paying that much so I went to Gasque, which is next to Zona Colonial and found something more reasonable.

The area you are staying in is very nice. Blue mall is the upscale mall, mega central is the local mall but farther away. I like Agora and Sambil they are also not far from you.

Tinder I can't comment on because I don't need it but I've used it in the past for other countries so maybe it will work for you.

Depending on how long the Pandemic lasts and when Asia fully opens up (and Thailand may never really be the same) I predict that Zona Colonial will be all super high end condos and Hotels only. I do know a guy who's staying there and found a deal through a real estate agent but you can pay half the price in Gazcue or Buena Vista even Piantini is cheaaper than the Zone.

That being said being able to walk down to Paco's or the Cigar bar on the opposite end and snatch up a newbie making her el conde debut and whisking her back to your spot is life on easy mode. Gazcue is kinda it's own eco system you can go down to the malecon and do the same thing but it's not the same as El Conde.

To the average weekend warrior and especially a new guy I'd stay in an hotel or Airbnb as close to El Conde as possible and branch out to Gazcue, Buenavista, Piantini and El Million as you gain experience and develop your rotation. It's quite possible to find a chica on El Conde who will gladly hook you up with dozens of Chicas who live in Las Americas and San Chirstobal. In fact with experience you can breakfast at Paco's and catch the Day shift of Maid / hookers coming right off the bus from San Christobal.

Thank you for the response. Sincerely it is greatly appreciated. I'm just trying to make sure I maximize my trip. I do have 3 girls from Tinder ready to go. I signed up on Dominican Cupid yesterday and man it just blew up. A lot of profiles marked "new" with gorgeous gorgeous girls so trying to see if some are real or scam.
