In anticipation of future travel. I am considering the Peninsula and Fairmount hotels for 2-3 nights. Both are $100 a night.

I am wondering about quality and girl friendliness? I am assuming both are good accessible locations for outcalls?

I've stayed often at the Penn and once at the Fairmont. I enjoy the Peninsula hands down both as a hotel and to bring guests.

The Penn lobby is very big and is a venue in itself so meeting someone new makes it very anonymous. I've met literally hundreds of new girls there over the years and nobody is watching you. There is a metal detector outside the front door and usually that's it.

The Fairmont had a small lobby as I recall with intense security. I cut short a 4-day stay because of it. The only girl that got through without being grilled was 8 months pregnant and probably they assumed I was the father LOL (met her online and she insisted on coming over because she hadn't had sex in months and was dying for it). Wild action, arching over the big belly to get the job done!

The Penn is an old line hotel that really has class. Its the grand dame of Manila hotels. I also booked it for a trip coming up in two weeks at $100 approx and consider it a great deal.

The pool area is also really nice.

The Hotel SOGO chain caters to the short time market and has numerous locations. Not the most classy of places but you're only there for one thing. Good security as they always call the room to check everything is okay if one of two guests is leaving. Porn channel on the TV and 24 hour room service. If you intend using one for a few days, check that particular hotel on Trip Advisor as some are good and some are terrible.

I had the opportunity to give a look, it's a real front cabin with almost 5 to 10 seats able to transform in beds which have been implemented here. Bit crazy, and unclear what they will do with that, seems you can rent the whole for party, or use seats to sleep there. Strange but real plane cabin!!

Hi, small info about these 2 hotels close to burgos street.

Clipper hotel.

Price in the range of 2 k for wide rooms, wide bed, hot shower, aircond.

Rooms on street side are noisy but stay ok.

Just in the same street, I had an agoda price of 1400 php per night. Rooms quite big, hot shower, silent aircon, but bit oldfashioned here too. Anyway when you want a bit cheap but close to burgos it's cool enough.

One surprising point. I went in with a GF for the night plus a massage girl for 1 h. But after 10 pm. They refuse 2 guests, new policy they said, after 10 only 1 accepted. After long discussion and call to the management they accepted.

Seems a bit strange as this policy I read after don't say exactly that.

Edit : one thing noted also is that when i get contact with more regular girls through web sites, which I usually do, some of them don't like to come when I tell that I am in hotel close to burgos.... Bad vibe for them... Good lesson for me... Must choose hotel in more "normal" place next time !

With too many scams in mind you would want to meet the girl at the entrance and escort her to your room. It is better the security checks and keeps her I. D. In case there are any problems security already know her identity. The girls knowing that are less inclined to do something stupid.
Remember hotel security is your first line of defense.

I have found Victoria Court chain of hotels to be flexible and understanding of a monger's needs for privacy.

These are two completely different situations. In scenario #1 know of no hotel that would allow an unregistered, unescorted girl to walk in off the street and gain access to an elevator system to a private rooms without notifying the hotel guest first of her arrival and then at the minimum showing her ID to security. In scenario #2 you can bring as many girls back to your hotel room as you wish without any ID check as long as they are with you.

So the simple solution to your initial inquiry is to tell your girls to text you when they are close to your hotel or when they have arrived so you can go down to greet them and bring them up to your room thus skipping the ID formalities, if that is what you want, or let the hotel security do its job ie call you to notify you that your your "friend" has arrived, ask if you want her to come up, and check her ID. Its up to you.

As to any hotel recommendations; I suggest you read the MNL Hotel thread first as there are many recommendations. Then phrase your question specifically to your preferences as regards to location, stars, and price. Note: All hotels in MNL that I am aware of are girl friendly.

Agree with some trepidation. I too have walked most streets of Malate / Ermita at every hour of the day. The area of LAC. GPoint. Robinson's / Eurotel, and the Korean area just south, from Roxas over to Adriatico, is pretty rough-looking. But I find it to be only a look. Have walked it drunk a number of times. Have seen gangs of street kids attempting to pick-pocket. Plenty of homeless sleeping on the sidewalks. Yet, never experienced much of a problem in the last decade. I don't worry about it at any hour of the day; ........

Some how I have different experience and seen some reason to be worried at Ermita. I can remember once I was walking through the Pedro Gill street, I have seen few street boys pulling bag of a girl walking through near Robinson. Some how the girl survive and was very fearful with the boys. Some were asking money from me very aggressively and I did not made any mistake to give them some, even I felt pity. Because I know once I give money any one of them, than the whole street will jump on me.

If she has ID the hotel will take ID, they will call you and if you approve they will allow her to go up. Most will call you when she goes to pick up ID if you are OK for her to leave. Few will allow entry without ID which can be an issue if the girl is new to the game.
