I guess because Chloroquine works on CoVid in a culture, it is the solution. Of course bleach and anti-freeze would also probably kill the virus as well but might, just might be harmful to the host organism. A concept that seems to have eluded our resident know-it-all.

Not that it matters anymore, but HCQ was a cocktail of three drugs. The combination of drugs was to attack viral replication, prevent inflammation, and prevent blood clots. I really could care less what a study of HCQ only showed.
The issue at hand was whether there was any rationale to take HCQ back then and the answer was yes there was a rationale; it may not have worked, but there was evidence it might work.
Still, it is no surprise that some dumb Dem leaves Biden and his health advisers alone and tries to take piece out of me. LOL. It is almost someone I put on ignore is taking a shot.

I'm sure with your extensive knowledge of virology you can refute the following article (I sure as hell can't).

Let me make it simple. Let's say Club XYZ in Santa Fe has a 10 K entrance fee. Some people don't want to pay the fee. Some people don't mind paying the fee. Some people think the fee is stupid. Some people think the fee is a good idea. But none of that matters. If you want to get into the club you need to pay the fee. If they get rid of the fee, you don't have to pay it. Standing in the street arguing with everyone about the fee, after it's been removed doesn't accomplish anything.

In a drink is correct, the rest is garbage. Inhaling it would require inhaling somewhere around 20-24 milligrams to have any chance to cause extreme intoxication. You have to figure that almost none of it is going to be inhaled by the victim. Try it sometime with some baby powder. The stuff goes everywhere. You're going to need a shitload of Scopolamine and some mighty powerful lungs, and hope the victim doesn't sneeze it back in your face.
A swipe of your nose? It takes 8 hours for enough Scopolamine in a transdermal patch to absorb through your skin to produce the desired effects, relief from motion sickness. If you let someone rub powdered Scopolamine over your entire body, if you don't sweat, you might absorb enough to lose consciousness in several hours. If you decide to spend several hours naked on the Transmilenio, don't let people rub Scopolamine all over your body.
You should also avoid letting people stick things up your nose and don't drink anything offered you be a stranger on the bus. As bumpy and jerky as the busses are, you'll spill it all over you.
Scopolamine is a problem. It's a problem when you give someone access to put some in your drink. To the best of my knowledge there's not one credible first hand report of any Scopolamine poisoning by any other method.
Ask a doctor. Look up the pharmacology on Scopolamine.
Instead of worrying about what you see on YouTube (produced by idiots, enjoyed by idiots), worry about protecting yourself from real threats.

Please explain the crime. Scopolamine is, what it is. Normal dosages, in pill form, take about 20 minutes to take effect. Placing Scopolamine in alcohol is effective, because the target is already impaired and it gives the criminals time to wait for full effect, and because they can control the dosage.
When I'm in Bogota I use the Transmilenio, almost every time. I've never seen anything, although there's probably pickpockets. If your girlfriend's mother's friend saw this happen, what, in her words happened? Why didn't she and the other passengers say or do something? How did they know Scopolamine was used?
I'm not trying to start a flame war. I'm asking questions. Knowing what I know, it makes no sense. I can see no way to make it work with someone posing as a cleaner on a bus. I can see of no way to make it work, without risking an insignificant dose, or through force, administering a lethal dose.
If it offends you that I'm asking questions, the problem is not with me. I've used no insults nor said anything impugning you. I want to know whether this is another urban legend, or a valid issue. Why get angry at the questions? Why not answer the questions?
You've created more questions, but I'll let them slide. I'll just add a bit to your rather incredible warning:
If you ride the Transmilenio, and not many of you do, if someone is pretending to clean the bus, stay away. Bus cleaning and disinfecting isn't done on the routes. It's done when the bus is out of service.
If you let someone pretending to clean the bus approach you and they spray you in the face. Don't open your mouth and let them spray you several more times. Stand up and make some noise. Get people's attention. Move towards the front of the bus yelling "ladron" or "ladrones" if there are more than one.
I will contest one thing, that I don't know more than the people who ride the Transmilenio everyday. For starters, your girlfriend and her entire family spend hours on the Transmilenio everyday and they didn't know, until someone told them, that someone got drugged with Scopolamine. Apparently, the 1. 2 million who use the Transmilenio everyday didn't know that either. If, as you seem to suggest this is a significant problem, wouldn't someone have reported it to the police? Wouldn't the drivers notice? The only place where people repeatedly get sprayed in the face, without reacting is bukkake porn. The thing I know is that method of administering Scopolamine has a low chance of success.
I'm mortified that you said "your not that important. P.S. : your back on ignore. " I never realized I was on ignore before and the use of "your" in place of "you're" is causing me a great deal of distress.
If you have the equipment, it might be a good idea to check your blood pressure.

Scopolamine comes as either a transdermal patch, or as a pill, not as an aerosol. While you could grind pills into a fine powder and dissolve the powder in water, I'm assuming that the effectiveness of the drug would degrade over time. Ask a chemist.
Spraying someone in the face would probably work, but you would need to spray them quite a bit. It's not magic. Enough of the drug has to get into the bloodstream to make a person unconscious, and I think after getting sprayed in the face once, most people would do something to prevent the next 10-15 sprays.
The effects of Scopolamine are somewhat similar to being blackout drunk. You reach a point where your body is still functioning, but your brain is no longer aware. From that point on you have no memory of events. While there might be some initial confusion about what happened between first ingesting the drug and total blackout, memory of the period before are not altered. The victim would certainly recall someone spraying them in the face a bunch of times.
Then there's the Transmilenio. There are cameras everywhere. I think by now footage of the attack would have been found. There are almost always other passengers. I've also never seen anyone cleaning a bus while in service. What would be the point?
Also consider the Transmilenio passengers. During the morning and evening rush there are a fair number of middle class passengers, but late at night, most of the passengers aren't worth robbing.
Why take the victim away from the Transmilenio and beat the crap out of him? Assuming you've managed to drug him, and get enough in his system to knock him out in under 5 minutes (between Calle 80 and 68), which would be a lethal dose, empty his pockets and walk away. Dragging him through a station with more cameras and possibly police just increases your risk. Why beat him up? If you've figured out how to spray someone in the face 15 times without them noticing, with a lethal dose which leaves no aftereffects, you've got to be smart enough not to beat up your victims. There's no profit in it.
In the only mention I've found of Scopolamine and the Transmilenio, I have an alternative possibility. Young guy on the way home decides to buy some weed. Pulls 20 k from the ATM and approaches some likely looking people. They either beat him up and rob him, or rob him and beat him up when they find he's only got 20 k. He can't tell daddy he got beat and robbed buying weed, so he must have been drugged on the Transmilenio.
As for people posing as cleaners and spraying people in the face, I see no way that could be made to work and on the Transmilenio there's no profit in it. That's why the thieves try to target people on Tinder, they can be certain the victim has cash.

Scopolamine, is always a danger and has been for years but now. They are posing a cleaners on the Transmillanio and busses. They act like they are cleaning but instead of spraying disinfectant they spray Scopolamine at you instead of cleaner on the seats and windows. Just be aware.

While even today Uber is my go to but Uber has their own problems, and the recent taxi increase has made them more expensive for the local citizens of Bogota. Indriver is quickly becoming the go to ride share. It's more of a bid and ask system and you pay cash, no cards. You would be surprised by how many of these girls don't have a credit card or even a bank account.
