When I booked an Airbnb in Newtown about 6 months back, it was a whole 2 bhk flat in a 4 storied apartment building. The owner themselves stayed in a different locality. The keys were in a combination box outside the door. The owner SMS ed the combination code so that I could get the keys and enter the flat. But this place will not suit you because:

- Owner had put CCTV overlooking each flat they owned (they owned 3 flats in that apartment).

- maid would come everyday to wash and clean.

- Owner's relative dropped in twice to check if all was fine (and once to let in the maid as we were not in the house.).
