Personally I wouldn't step foot in Medellin for mongering purposes but that's me. If one or Two Towns is known for Scoplamine attacks and there's other cities that not known for that, I'd just spend time in the other cities.

I don't. Think that we have to worry about an onslaught of Gringo Mongers unless they plant a Parque Llreas Hoe Stroll with Hip-Hop clubs and Hennesey at the Boulevard I don't think we have anything to worry about.

Cali is the perfect balance between cheap women and and cheap cost of living. Trust me There's tons of places that would be excellent monger destinations if they had the money to improve their infrastucture and convert some potential hoodlums and brigands to cops and waiters. I'm glad to do it and I want to see Cali develop more as a Monger haven. That being said it will NEVER be another Medellin Cartegena or Sosua. The reasons is if you look back to my posts from last year and my frustrations with learning Cali Mongering here requires more patience than the average weekend warrior / Point and Click cat has. He's more of a socialite. There's no flirting in Cali. Casas, Bar 20, and that area is where you go if you want sex. You don't go to the clubs or other public social gatherings to chase chicas. No barhopping.
