Posts: 4055I got that yesterday at a Davivienda, no bank charges. It's interesting the ATMs are lagging a full day behind the mid market rate.

Posts: 4055The girls and their minder moved to a nearby location. It's up the flight of stairs near the seafood restaurant at Cra. 48 #58 56. The restaurant's name is Doris Bill or something similar. There is a parking lot and the stairs are just to your left as you enter the enclosed parking lot. I was last there a few months ago and I noticed one of the more aggressive gringo regulars from Botero Plaza leaving one of the rooms. I left when the guy running interference in the waiting area told me all the girls were busy.

Posts: 38014627 COP Today At Scotia ATM's
I just hit the ATM this morning and go 4627 COP to the USD before the bank charges.
Today's a good day to hit the ATM's as it appears things have leveled out, at least for a few days.
Who knows where it's headed.

Today the Col COP exch rate is 4637 pesos to $1 USD. While this is benefiting us if there, does anyone notice any increase in chica pricing or svc yet in Medellin like in the poblado / lleras areas? Obvio this is a Global inflation crisis but for Colombia it's a 21 year all time hike; so I'm sure it's only a matter of time we'll see food, products, and likely chica pricing will have an increase.

Posts: 57I have been getting these kind of texts from Colombian women (most I've talked to are not prostitutes and are ones I'd try to fuck for free -- usually end up being flakey and a waste of time):
"tu eres no tierno" which translates to "you are not tinder" -- I've gotten this one so many times. I'm not exactly sure what they mean by "tinder" but I feel they're saying I'm not a white knight.
"De igual forma no creo q sea necesario ser amable conmigo".
"me parece q eres una persona muy fria".
I've found a lot of them to be really needy and traditional, which doesn't mesh well with me because I can be super blunt and direct at times (without rambling too much, a stereotypical new yorker is a decent description of me).

Definitely an interesting cat. Loves the drama, and Colombia is good for that, lol.
Seems to be a happy guy, and thats all that matters really.
Hope he keeps on keepin lucky, with some of his antics, good luck just may keep him from harm.

God, I'd like to be treated like a man once in my life. Can't wait to forge long term relationship in Latin America. Hopefully, the dollar will remain strong and I can buy under a trued alias Chica.

Hi my friends. I have never been in Medellin, but heard good things from other forums about Medellin. I have a 12 day trip next month, but need to work most of the days during the day time. I am seeking advises on where / what hotels I should stay, where / how I can find girls (social media? Clubs? Etc.), safety, food / restaurants, how to overcome language barrier (I don't speak Spanish), etc.
I'd appreciate if there are some links and good posts for those in the past, and I'd try to read through previous posts also.
Thanks so much.
