I ended up in Fort Portal. Stayed in Westend Motel. Unfortunately I arrived late and had to leave early morning.
I was told about bar Africana so I went there. It's lively from Thursday till Sunday as I was told. On Thursday it started to fill around 10 pm. I was chatting with three girls. I picked one innocent looking. We took boda boda to my hotel. After shower she did some BJ. After I fucked her and felt warm. She squirted. I wasn't finished so I continued until she squirted again. A lot. After I finished I gave her 50 k and walked he to the street. She was obviously happy.

I just had couple of hours in Entebbe before I had to go to work. Stayed in K hotels not far from the airport. Walking distance wa Irish pub which get crowded after 10 pm. Girls flocked to me like vultures. I wanted to get local girl. Picked one. Just she was waiting for a friend and I didn't have time to waste. Picked pro Rwanda girl. Paid her 80 k. Guy at the reception wanted extra 50 usd for "guest". I told him we just go to the restaurant. I fucked her and walked her away. Average.

For exchange USD, I suggest you, if you are still in time, to get a Wise (previously known as TransferWise) card. It works in Uganda, I checked on the website. You basically do a wire transfer to the bank account associated to your card, and you convert USD in UGX. Then you withdraw UGX from the ATM. I didn't check Revolut, since I don't have it, but it might be an alternative. You will need cash in Kampala and I don't think it's a good idea to bring cash with you. I never do when I travel.
The best mode of transportation is Uber. Remember you have to pay cash, I read they cancel the ride if you see you have card as a payment method. During the day (not at night) you can take a boda, basically you'll be a passenger on a motorcycle. I have been told there are a lot of accident, so at your risk. Some people prefer Uber. There is a lot of traffic in Kampala, roads are dirty, and motorbikes are old.

If you want eggs, ask a local the costs then go with someone the first time to buy eggs. Tell the vendor you will be back the next day. Pay the same price. The vendor will be happy to have a Mazunga at their stand. When it comes to transportation, tell them what you will pay to go someplace before going. Housing varies greatly. There are no general rules.

He also mentioned that girls who work in the supermarket close to where he lives (Entebbe) work 15 hrs / day 6 days / week earn 250 k ($70) per month. These should be the reference points.

Take an African girl to an expensive restaurant is just utter waste of money.
I don't keep books but in the region of 100 to 150 USD a month should be more then enough. Always consider how low the salaries are.

Neddy, I remember you mentioning you had a girlfriend in Uganda. How did you decide what was appropriate? I don't remember the exact amount but I know it wasn't much. You must have had some guidance or baseline you used to get to that amount.
