If you are using this SP's service for the first time and since this SP is not referred by any one and you have picked up his number from internet just by googling randomly I would suggest not to give your room number. Tell him you can meet the girl in lobby and escort her to your room.

Honestly the pics and the rate that has been offered are almost too good to be true so proceed with caution.
