I had some difficulty in my last visit in taking my lady guest to the hotel room in ITC Sonar and ITC Royal Bengal. It seemed they were tracking and called me in my room asking what the guests should leave by 8 PM. Have done this for years in Sonar but never had any problems. I've been out of Kolkata after June. I am coming back next month. Balinese Spa Sector 1 - I had good experience there 2 out of 3 times. If you take the VIP room which has jacuzzi / hammam. That is comparable to European spas. Took different girls each time.
