I like blonde white girls, and would have interest in this one. It's hard for me to give a "full confidence" rating because I can't see all of her body (tits and butt). I do find her face quite attractive though, which is super important to me. Based on what I can see, she's a solid 7 on my scale, and maybe as high as a 7+ depending on her tits and ass. I would definitely fuck her if I didn't see anybody else in the club I liked better and I was horny and ready to fuck since she appears to meet my minimum 7 out of 10 required score. I went La Isla two days ago and I think I got rigged off.

After negotiated with this girl and agreed with 400 K (100 K for the room and 300 K for her).

She lead me to the bar and I paid 400 K to the man by the bar.

After a great session, she insisted me to pay her another 300 K, saying some BS that the payment I did earlier was entire for the room.

She didn't receive any payment yet.

Specific to Relato? This is practically in your face and they make sure the customers see it before entering the seating area. Personally, I think behavior speaks more volume than how you dress.

This is fascinating to see, they actually have a sign LOL. I heard about this on Reddit but never seen an actual picture of it. So how would they actually distinguish a "sex tourist" I mean obviously one would go nicely dress to this kind of establishment, at least business causal and the girl would be appropriately dressed for the occasion as well.
