Guys told me he's with CJNG. If policias or Sinaloe walked in to harass him, that sicario would spray the club with his Mac-10. It would have been very bloody. I walked away from him to Miami room in case they shoot out. Other bros have reported cartel guys sitting in HK and Chavelas, ordering drinks without paying.
Sinaloa still has nominal control of Tijuana, Mexicali and Tecate while CJNG controls outlying areas like South Tijuana and Rosarito.
I suspect HK is paying taxes to both Sinaloa and CJNG therefore higher prices in everything. Guardia Nacional soldiers went in HK and patrol La Zona in large number to tell cartels to stay away, but.
Cartels operate only underground. So far large gun fights have been avoided.
Well that settles it, if HK is stupid enough to allow this kind of activity to take place I predict a blood bath coming to HK.
Pray for your favorite chicas.
Actually I predict a similar event like the Casino fire will happen at HK due to control dispute.
Enjoy HK while it lasts boys.

Cartels do not have to own any business. They would not have the skills or patience to operate businesses, just collect taxes from them. Their main skills are cooking meth, smuggling, bribing governments, shooting, torturing and killing competition. La Zona and HK have been protected by Sinaloa, but CJNG has been trying to muscle in with dealers selling on the streets, a few have been shot to death in the last few years. Yeah noticed that too. Young man walked in with another older man that had a bag and looked like a bodyguard. The bodyguard observed the room and was usually back to a wall with his hand close to his bag. Meanwhile young man went around mainly talking to a blonde girl that was dancing in the main stage.
I also know that one of the HK girl is sugaring for a high up cartel guy. She showed me pics of them together. According to her she sees him every week in his home and every month he comes to HK gets a suite and makes it rain.

Cartel bosses will have girls brought in. But footsoldiers are going to go to bars because they are not wealthy and they got balls. Let's just say they are more tolerant of risks. Guardman may be in HK to keep the peace at the invitation of a HK boss who may have spotted rival cartels inside HK. IMHO.
If there is shooting, crouch low but don't lie flat because rounds tend to ricochet off the ground. Guys who find it unbelievable that cartel members may be in HK probably are wishful thinking and have not been around long enough to remember all the alley shootings, or the Chicago club shooting, or others. That is okay, we need cannon folders too as modern 9 mm rounds only generally penetrate 12-15 inches.

A couple bros mentioned the night before, Sat Feb 11, HK was packed tight and wild. Very unusual that 20 soldiers armed with auto weapons came in the club sitting around for an hour, but did nothing, just sat. For security reasons, I have questions:
How wild was it?
What were the soldiers doing in HK?.
They do this at times. I saw it once this year, they walk through from the back in the crowded club bumping into people with their guns. Some guys are so drunk they probably don't think its real guns.

Was Big Fat Fake raining loose change in the club, making himself the main attraction?
I suspect Quardia Nacional made their show of force on the streets and in HK to warn the cartels to stay off their territory, like they actually own it, LOL. It's more political theatrics than serious law enforcement, which won't arrest criminals or prevent crimes. With all that fire power, if there were a shoot out in HK, it will be very bloody and a lot of people will be dead.
I doubt any cartels even visit Hong Kong, they don't need to go there, the girls can come to them.
If any cartel members ever visited any of the clubs in zona Rosa, we would have heard of shootouts by now. How long has hk been opened again?
It would just be bad for business. There's rumors Hong Kong is owned by the Tijuana cartel but I even doubt it's owned by any cartel.

I also tip 3 dollars. 4 dollars if I'm feeling generous. I got to save some for the ladies.

You would need to have a wristband with the assigned room written on it to use so I don't think someone would be able to hook you up. The only way to remove the wristband is to rip it off at which point they wouldn't accept.
I don't really think the wristband would be that much of a deal breaker. I never wear it. And just stick it in my pocket if anyone were to ask for it. And if they do ask they only look for the room # they don't seem to care if it has been broken. You would just need to know the first name of the person who checked in. They will ask for a first name if your key is lost or not working and you need a new one.

It used to be easy. You would say 5 and they would say yes. Either things are more expensive for them or they all colluded to make it 7.
Unfortunately I can't buy a SIM card by the revolving gates. The store across the street doesn't sell them. When I get to revolution, that's when I buy a sim card and use uber the rest of trip. Can't stand taxis and meseros. It's such a great feeling when you're in front of hk waiting for an uber knowing all those yellow taxis are making no money because they are so dishonest. If they understood capitalism they would realize they are making less by their business practices not more. They would make more trips and tips if they didn't rip everyone off. Mexico will always be third world.
How much is the sim card for the night? And is it open 24 hours?

And these new rules where the waiters get mad if the girl is having fun with you is such bull shit. A year ago in never used to be this way. They push the girls to get private dances now which discourage the girls from having fun with you after you buy them a drink. HK is fun, but it's not as fun as it was a year ago. New management has increased cost and lowered the fun. Sucks. If you want cheap fun, Chicago is way better.
Damn HK was even more fun than this back then!? So sad I missed out on it. I was doing pretty well in their solo and loved gaming the girls.
As far as the border immigration. What else am I suppose to say to mexican immigration police when they only give me the options to pay or go back to the US?? It was around 9 or 10 pm at night. I knew it was a scam but I noticed the guy getting a little irritate by me trying to argue with it.
