Definitely surreal walking around the front of the Veracruz Church and it being devoid of all the SW's. And lot's of the business's inside the barricaded area have been affected by this, and your correct, when people get searched to go inside the area they will start to avoid the area. Meaning places like Premier Plaza has less customers staying there' and their short time occupancy must be way down compared to before.
I think the barricading would be more appropriate to just include around the Museum, Park, and Statue areas as there are no business's that would be effected. Basically things would return to as they were before, while allowing the tourists to gawk at all of Botero's art work.
I suspect there will be some changes coming soon with the situation there as the business owners inside the barricaded area have to be up in arms.

Everybody knows about energy living Airbnb but has anyone had experience with GO living Airbnb? I'm thinking about staying there my first night or 2 when I go back.

Unless you live in a loosely regulated state like Florida where they have "aging clinics" that charge you 1000 dollars just to do the workup, exam and labs. And that's on top of your travel expenses. The they mark up a 60 dollar vile of test to 200 dollars.
So no thank you I would prefer to get it in Colombia where like all pharmecuticals they sell the same quality stuff for usually a lower price and I don't get shook down for hundreds of dollars by some sham doctor who owns a villa in the keys.

Both are equally guest friendly with security.
Energy is easier to meet other gringos, they have nice gym to work out and steam room, great restaurant on site, larger rooms.
Haven is easily walkable at night, has more in room jacuzzi options, rooftop events on Fridays, noisy.

Anyone have any expereinces with testosterone in Colombia? It is related when I take it I wake up with boner and my engine running LOL. True story. I know from other forums that I can find testosterone over the counter but I am specifically looking for something more long acting. The longest acting I can find or a doctor who can write me a script so I can bring a boatload back through customs. I read in anothe forum that you can bring a few months supply. But this is unverified info.

No more 'sunbathers' in the park area either.
Strange to see the fountain area front of Veracruz church empty. Took some photos, not sure how long will that last.
Definitely less walking needed to find a SW now LOL, all concentrated and packed like sardines. If anything, one has to walk real slow or just stop to process it.
Saw a policemen with metal detectors patting down and checking bags of some working class people, I guess most people will eventually just avoid the hassle of walking through.
One gordita SW got into a fit when they didn't allow her to go in. Saw both SW and John asked for IDs and allowed in but they do seem to try make it annoying and difficult.
There were some police festivities when I passed through today -- a policeman was singing some love songs while two police-women danced with tourists, bizarre.

Posts: 122For your Bogota portion of your trip, the girls in the Santa Fe clubs range from 70 k-130 k peso so about 13-25 euro for a 20 min session upstairs in the club. SG's are around roughly 50 k cop (about 10 euro). Poker beer and water are about 10 k cop (2 euro rough). Food is inexpensive and depends how fancy you want to eat. To give you a general idea I had 1/4 chicken, salad and fresh limeade was 15 k cop all the way up to an amazing grilled fish with a beer for 45 k cop. Depending on how you get around the public transport is basically 3 k cop a ride and if you're at one of the hotels nearby Santa Fe a taxi will be between 7-15 k cop max. Good luck.

Posts: 1173Honestly I would avoid internet girls in Medellin. There are so many casas to go to and meet girls in person, it isn't worth the scope risk. You should have no problem getting a girl to go to your hotel, if you offer more than she gets at the casa. Remember, whatever you pay the girl at the casa she is giving part to the house. As I stated in a previous post, getting girls to come to your place after a good session is easy in Medellin.

Not including Airfare I can go burn through $3,000 us in 2 weeks. This includes my AirBnb, girl every day, 60-90 minute massages every other day and eating all meals out. You could do this for much cheaper by all means but when I'm there I pull out all of the plugs, eat very well, nicer AirBnB and have the higher end girls. Just girls I budget $65 per day so $910 for mongering.
