It happened with me also. First SA does not accept debit card. Most likely reason you are not able to make payment is that SA monthly payment is recurring payment and RBI prohibited recurring payments using cards. I agree with some of this possibility in India though not very very common. I tried this and did get some decent matches. Met a few too and what I found that they were far vfm than SA girls.
