Yes 1000 or 5000 USD per night or the few hours you are in the club. Like I said when someone says money is no object I don't know if 1000 USD is even a drop in the bucket for them. There are other likely more expensive places too so you may need to ask someone else if you are looking to spend more than 5000 USD for a few hours / night.

Thaniya Road are karaoke bars and like all prettier girls in Thailand they may or may not go home with you it's really up to them if you are worthy. You can Google Thaniya Road on YouTube. Tons of videos. I haven't been there since November but I'm sure it's picked up by now like everywhere else in Thailand.

You won't find latinas in Thailand, maybe some ultra rare find, but its not a thing. In Thailand for black women, they mean African women specifically, and they are very uncommon around, but occasionally you may find a few african FL hang around Soi 3/ Sukhumvit or on Soi 4, or on the north side of Sukhumvit up to around the Nana BTS, but be warned, the african sex workers have a very bad reputation, real or not. Maybe a couple on Soi 11 on a Friday / Saturday night.

I've been research and reading up on tulip and it seems like the girls are very enthusiastic and all provide a-level experience.
