I'm guessing this is what your trying to stay clear of.
A total turn off for me and a boner killer.
However, some guys specifically look for Chicas with babies who are lactating.
I guess it turns them on when their milk is dripping out of their nipples while riding them.
And then there are guys looking for very pregnant Chicas.
At least in this situation you don't need to ask any questions. LOL.

For long time visitors to Medellin, they have already noticed the large increase in visitors and the negative impact on Medellin.
It does not affect me as much because I like to travel to different countries. I'm currently exploring Medellin but I have visited Thailand and the Philippines much more. Westerners are always complaining about how other types of visitors or ruining the city that they visit a lot. Like people complaining about the Koreans in the city or complaining about the Russians in Pattaya at least in the past. Or complaining about the Japanese or the Chinese or whatever. Things change due to circumstances and I think digital nomads for a recent phenomenon that will also change things in certain cities overseas.
Is it affecting me on this trip? Absolutely not but it is just an abstract concept for now. I have more than enough Facebook girls to entertain me on this trip. If anything, they are a bit too aggressive in trying to get me to see them. There are too many girls I want to see to see girls more than once but I try to be nice about it. I am a newcomer to Medellin so I can't compare it to the way it was a few years ago. All I know is the way it is right now is still very nice for older mongers who want to have a good time with young attractive girls for a reasonable price. That is enough for me and should be enough for most short time visitors. The reason I was thinking about digital nomads Is that in less than a year and a half I will do slow traveling as a retired person and Columbia is a country that I would consider visiting for a few months at a time.
But for now I'm just a short-term visitor for about a week or so and enjoying my visit so far.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to ask what are some potential spots I can pick up a girl at that's relatively safe to go to. I had planned to meet a girl I talked to for a couple years (long story) but she flaked on me, luckily I have another girl I'm supposed to meet but she's on vacation at the beach and won't be back in Medellin till next week. I really need to get me nice few girls while I wait but the problem is I'm staying south of Laureles I believe the area is called Rosales. Do you guys happen to know of any spots nearby to pick up a girl or would I have to go to Poblado to get some action? I'm trying to take it slow since its my first time in Colombia and I'm solo so I want to be as safe as possible yet I'm still willing to risk it a bit just to get some Colombian action.

Cost inflation and inflation in general is an issue, but I don't think the mongers or digital nomads or even tourism has much or anything to do with that. It is more of the same that has happened and is happening in the rest of the world.
And as far as mega influencers and all of that. Who knows. If they influence tourism they may become a factor in bringing back tourism. There are a lot of backpackers and younger tourists in general, although again, not back to pre pandemic levels.

Anyone on this forum who is here for a weekend, your market is the dumb Parque Llleras girls and some strip club broads. This is your main competition, the girls are demanding to be paid by the hour and some guys willing to throw the ask price cash at them. This is a city of four million, and every girl wants a sugar daddy to support them, just find a way to meet them.
This is the new era of Instagram, everyone wants a new iPhone, figure this out guys haha.

I have been in Medellin for a few days now and it feels about the same. I am staying in Laureles now so far the food has been great. There are definitely a lot of wonderful places to eat in Laureles. Later this week I'm going to move to Poblado for the last part of my trip. This is my fourth trip so I'm starting to get the hang of things. In my previous trips I used Facebook exclusively and this trip is no different. There are more than enough options on Facebook so far things have been going very well for the most part. There is still time for me to be drugged and robbed but so far everything is fine.

Just reading reports here one should know the price is changing. Remember an experienced poster was asked to pay way more money than usual in the more expensive centro club. I think there is a reason they asked for the high price. It is because by luck some other guys, likely new paid it. And in this case, the girl was also successful. This is not limited in just one club. Basically there are guys think it is so cheap and very happy to pay despite overpaying.
Many girls basically want to have a gringo boyfriend to take care of them. It does not matter if it is seeking or facebook. Just reading reports here you know people are paying for SB, and sometime more than one and he is not even in Medellin.

The big factor is the language for sure. If there is a big push for education and english here I can see something but that would also mean more economic jobs here which is not happening anytime soon.
There are maybe going to be an extra 500 dudes here a year and that's about it.

Posts: 7Going to medellin for the first time.
Not really looking to make my trip all about the girls but I will partake in a little pay for play.
Where do you guys recommend I stay?
Should I take Uber or Taxi?
How dangerous is it?
Do all hotels not allow guests? Any friendly air bnb's or hotels that allow guests?
Thanks for your help and pm me if you want.

Posts: 4066Poblado and Laureles for the weekend warriors, plus Sabaneta and Envigado for longer term residents get by far the most gringo demand. The rest of the city is not as of much interest to foreigners. The pace of construction in gringo areas is definitely not keeping up with the recent demand so prices will continue to rise in those areas until either the demand slows or the pace of construction picks up.
