Looking for some guidance on monthly arrangements on SA platform.

Had lots of long terms arrangements in India and US. Once you are in monthly arrangement, you are expected to pay monthly allowance (30 k-60 k range) weather you meet her or not. You need to negotiate meetings. In my case, I keep it at minimum 3 meets a month but can be more if I want to.

At your initial meeting, you need to layout your requirements and ask your potential SB about her requirements. One thing you have to keep in mind that couple of initial meetings you may not get everything. Over the time trust builds and your potential SB will loosen up. For example one of SB told me that CIM is big no and after 6 month, I had asked for it and got it.

This TCS shall reflect in the AIS / Form 26 and shall be adjusted against your total Tax outgo at the time of ITR.

If this is implemented, I am sure many of us will surely not subscribe to SA in future as reflection of this subscription in any official documents is something none of us wants.
