Many Brazilians will be offended if you just start speaking to them in Spanish in their country. But many do speak some Spanish or English "Eo no falo portugues falas espaol o ingles? " will get you a long way. For conversing with chicas google translate is the go to for most mongers.

Can't help with other questions.

Oh of course, most certainly won't speak to them in Spanish. It was more for getting around and figuring our signs etc.

Can't confirm the 2 referenced locations. They are likely MPs. If you don't want to spend at Scandallo, I highly recommend Casarao.

Moema area has plenty of MPs. There is a list of prominent ones in one of the threads. Also Rio is much better place for value mongering. Feel free to DM other experienced senior members, folks here are friendly.

As much as I want to do Scandallo, I'm more inclined for the cost-efficient option, as I'll be coming from a long week in Sao Luiz / Lencois Maranhenses so would like to save cash where I can..

3 days is not much but thanks to ISG I had good times.

Then I discovered a gold mine: 134 bara de alameida.

Its a francfort style eros center with tons of girls some really good looking. Only $10 US room included.

The other one (2 Andrades 69) is even cheaper but the girls are not as good.

As much as I want to do Scandallo, I'm more inclined for the cost-efficient option, as I'll be coming from a long week in Sao Luiz / Lencois Maranhenses so would like to save cash where I can. From my understanding (and please correct me if I'm wrong, this is just based off my research on this forum), I can expect to spend about $50 BRL on a room, and then however much a girl will charge.

Any help, direction, or even confirmation of information, would be appreciated.

I can fly Miami or Atlanta redeye Fri night. I sleep very well on flights so I'm always able to hit the ground running. Got a little cocky since with say Amsterdam I'd get a cheap airbnb in Red Light & have everything I need in 2 or 3 blocks.

Do people think Carnival affects SP in a good or bad way or not at all? I'm assuming all the incoming money brings more of the best girls, but also higher prices of everything?

+1 to that. Short trip, nothing beats Montreal or Toronto.

I noticed you are also on the Montreal thread discussing this trip. I know both SP and MTL well. In my opinion, Montreal is a much better Labor Day weekend destination. In the immortal words of Bill Murray from the movie Stripes, you zip in, you zip right out. This is directed at Americans in the States.

I'm sure the accounts of Scandallo here get members excited, but one hiccup on a long flight / short trip can easily ruin a trip. Hiccups can be selecting a bad girl, flight and customs delays, any logistical problem, slow Sunday, etc. There's just no time to recover from bad luck or a bad decision.

Not sure where you flying from, but most flights from the USA Are overnight flights. That means if you left on Friday you would get there Saturday and in order for you to get back on Monday, you would have to fly out on Sunday.

Thinking about booking my next trip to SP later this year, does anyone have some intel about F1 week? Tried searching but didn't find much, just some people claiming it brings girls from all over Brazil and that prices girls charge will be higher. I'm wondering how much more expensive hotels / airbnbs will be during F1 week and more importantly how much more expensive the girls will be? I don't feel like paying over the odds just because it's F1 week, should I just choose another week?

Thank you & Combo, I'm holding off. Figured I'd ask before I write off SP another 4-5 months. Will give me more time to plan with the finesse and duration that SP needs. Will scour the board.
