The club / Bar you are referring to is Bocatorena. I wrote a report on it in March, 2022. It is definitely low down and dirty, and you certainly want to take a shower after you are finished. But the variety and quality of the girls for $15 was just great, if that is you type of thing. And due to the location, it is very safe, always cops visible when you step out. I still have fond memories of some of my sessions.

Theres a club / bar down by the entrance to the old town, USD 10-15 per time. Girls from all over central America and Colombia / Vnzla. Its only expensive is you frequent the tourist places.

Yeah, I have been to that place, forget the name, not too far from the fish market. If you want to pay 10-15 usd to a dirty working girl for a 15 minute session in a room that looks worse than a jail cell, be my guest & have a great time.

I've never been in a prison cell apart from Nelson Mandela's, but I know I would rather spend 15 minutes there than an hour. All girls I saw there were clean and smelled very nice - no sign of fish. And the bar was fun to hang out in, to meet girls of several nations.

The guy seems to be walking around recording from the hip, which was what got the girls attention in the first place (or just made them angry). Usually it's a quick snatch and run, not starting the conversation and then beating.

It's a good reminder that we must not confuse a visit to Centro with a day at Disneyland. By the look of it the guy was not aware of the risk. I think it is fair to blame part of this on mayor's barrier campaign. The police control access to Parque Lleras and Plaza Botero but the surrounding areas (la 10 and Parque Berrio) have since become concentrated hotbeds for the most desperate mischief makers. Watch your backs.

Got the impression that you didn't negotiate prior to meeting the SB?

No city I have played in has come close to what is available in Medellin. When I visited a cpl of years ago tinder was very fruitful but seeking is generally a level higher from what I'm seeing.

It's proving a bit tricky to differentiate between the pros and non pros. The pros seem to be starting negotiating at upper end levels.

Any insight on how negotiations are on the ground? Would help me set my budget massively.

This is my first time to Medellin. I have traveled throughout Asia and the Caribbean. I had the opportunity to do some business consulting in Medellin, so I took it. Nothing like free travel and accommodations to fuel my mongering.

The immigration process was a breeze. When my flight landed there was no other flights in the waiting line. I was through immigration in less than 10 minutes. Passport and MIG check and I was on my way. I cruised the exchange booths and headed to the 2nd floor where it had previously been reported I may find a better rate. Just about everywhere was exchanging at 3900 COP to 1 USD. Exchanged $100 and headed to the Taxis. Took board member recommendations and took the 90.000 COP white taxi. Driver was cool, while he was looking over my destination address I told him it was Energy living, he just handed the address back to me and we were on our way.

The Energy staff seem very easy going and patient. I arrived right before check-in and they stated the room was being cleaned. No problem though, I went down the street to gather provisions. When I got back, the room way ready. The suite has it's flaws, but I also know I'm not staying in some 5 start hotel. And after growing up impoverished I am still amazed by the blessings and good fortune I have encountered. It's a nice apartment. I've seen a few mongers around the building but haven't engaged in conversations yet. I'm not sure if Energy has that kind of vibe like I've read La Mansion has. The openness of mongering I guess?..

Not surprising he got jumped, walking around with a high end phone, probably a late model I phone.

I have to surmise this was the reason he got jumped.

There's quite a market for used, meaning stolen phones in Centro, and if a thief sells the phone to a vendor, instead of getting maybe 30 K to 50 K for a cheap smart phone, they will get more, hence my reasoning as to why the thieves were so brazen.

You don't need to leave Colombia and fly to Panama for this, nor pay such an exorbitant amount of money for a dirty working girl, it's all here as you know.

I guess the place you mention in Panama City is no different than a place in Centro, for locals of course, and I guess also some gringo street rats who live in the City.

Sounds like my kinda place. LOL.

How was it before? Going back 6 years, there were guys saying that Medellin was crumbling and gringos were ruining everything by overpaying girls. In 6 years there will be the same complaints. For some the sky is always falling.

I would say that the price for monthly apartments in Medellin almost trippled in that time in gringo areas especially. Like not even in Bogota other cities in Colombia has the monthly rental got hit as bad as it did in Medellin. It is as if the owner of short term rental make it specifically for gringos only in Medellin and don't even care to cater to local colombians. The rest of cost, food, girls etc hasn't jumped as much relative to inflation but damn the apartments cost, forget about it.

I was pretty beat, and my job is highly social, and I just didn't feel like talking to anyone or following up on leads. So I cruised Mileroticos and Photoprepagos for a massage. Having an extensive history of mongering in Asia, I am fond of Nuru and Oily massages, did some googling and found Mandalay, it is next to the Hotel De Palmas Del Estadito and appears to be by appointment only. Whatsapp'd them and was on my way. I arrived and was offered a line up, only then to be told they do not have Nuru gel at this time. Which, whatever, I didn't give a shit. Picked a massage / shower combo. Massage was lackluster but was 180.000, the masseuse, Vanessa, attempted to offer me extras, but I was feeling lazy and tired, and was a bit offended by her 300.000 COP up charge on additional services so I politely declined.

I had been laying ground work for a few weeks on SA. I've got a handful of decent prospects, and a few I can tell are going to be flakey. I did not explore Facebook options; I am just too lazy for that, and, I don't really care to support Zuckerberg. Lined up tentative meetings with SA girls knowing at least one will flake, and I can cancel the others when one is conformed. I took it easy on my arrival evening, got a bite in the restaurant downstairs at energy. It was good, nothing mind blowing; the staff were kind and patient with my broken Spanish. Crashed and woke to a beautiful view of the city.

Day 2 - Spent the day doing some sight seeing, and then met up with an SA girl I had been chatting with for a few weeks. She is very pleasant, polite, and not working to be an instagram model / influencer or anything; however, she is a webcam model. I am amazed by the Wedcam mills they have out here, she says there are 15-20 girls working at her location, and the company has multiple locations throughout the city. The girls have regular work shifts, and have token quotas for each shift they have to hit before going home. I am not experienced in the webcam world, so I have no idea what that equates to in USD.

I don't know how to describe it, but I guess I go for work the working girls and non-prose who are a little more humble. She was very impressed by the energy living accommodations, and ecstatic at me slipping her 100.000 COP upon arrival. We had a relaxing time chatting on the balcony with a few drinks. I am not a smut writer, but overall she gave me a strip-tease, some lap dances, phenomenal head, and rode like a champ. She is currently sleeping in the bed while I write this. I think I'll got wake her up for another round. So far, 100.000 COP into this SA girl, will probably offer her meals and give her 150.000 more when I have her leave. I may repeat with this one, who knows, I've got a few more lined up.

I don't think this entirely true. Yes, women who are younger date guys closer to their age. However, when it comes down to mongering they prefer older men. When you are in your 20's you are immature. I have dated many college age women in my 40's and 50's who said younger guys are one dimensional. It's just a cockfest and that gets boring. I have two girls who I see regularly in Medellin who say they like me the way that I am and I treat them well.

If you are young and so good looking why do you have to pay? I don't want a relationship so sugar dating works for me.

Paying makes it easier to kick them out for those that like to just have sex for sport.

Also if you take care of yourself girls (working or not) will take you out in public and act accordingly.

Sometimes I enjoy the buildup sometimes I want to get right to it. All depends.
