When asked why they have to take a photo, the guy says that it is their "management rule" and there are no exceptions for customers or guests.

The fact that these men at the counter remembered this girl from over a week ago was proof that they search these names online and on social media. These days everyone has a online presence and can be easily tracked with the correct information. It was definitely an eye opener for me. In this business, it is understood that discretion and privacy is valued above all else. And stupid management rules like this makes you paranoid and distrust everything. Has something like this ever happened to you before? Is it a standard practice at any other hotel?

For me, I will never visit this place again.
