I don't know about on papers stuff and what other's have experienced, each person has different metabolism and they react differently but It's been a week I don't see any side effects. Everything works normally as it used to. As I told you earlier I don't consume this regularly, I have everything functioning normally and had only tried it last week first time for the sake of experience after my doc friend told me about this medicine. I was completely recharged after a good 10 hours sleep the next day. Since I have a very active life style, my diet sort of helped me recharge faster as well. Have good food, lot of citrus fruits, stay hydrated that's all. You can go for 10 MG I think that should be perfectly fine if you have nothing funny going down there else go for 20 MG. I took the highest dose just because my doc friend was along with me for the trip and he sort of pulled a prank on me LOL. Long story. But ofcourse he knew what he was doing so I wasn't worried much. Just don't make it a habit though I would say, because it's definitely a different feeling (wink emoji). It is indeed a very common drug and can be easily found in any drug store under different brands you don't need any prescription for this. I meant actual Shilajit extract, not the stuff you find on Amazon. Shilajit grows on rocks in mountainous regions near to lakes and rivers. Its a kind of moss, as far as I know. Next time you go to a Himalayan region on a trip (north Bengal or Sikkim or Bhutan, for example), just enquire with the locals where you can find this. It may be costly, but its completely organic and guaranteed to be effective. Blood circulation would improve so much that just rubbing your dick twice would get you a hard on. My friend lives near Bhutan and got some recently. He told his family it was to boost his immune system (which it also does).

If you need an alternative, try the Shilajit capsules available from Dabur or Dr. Morepen on Amazon. But it takes long time to take effect (2-3 months after consuming twice daily) and the effect is less potent.
