I'm 30, have been working on building a FB friends list, speak a tiny bit of Spanish, like to smoke and drink, but enjoy meeting people from all ages and backgrounds. Send me a direct message if interested!

And I will report back after my trip with some useful information hopefully.
I'll be in El centro if you want to meet up.

I can't confirm or deny what New Life does. As for the others (Aiffe, Amigas Sexxy, Aventura, Zandaly), no they do not charge locals or regular known customers a viewing fee. They do use the viewing fee to control and discourage large groups of Lookie Lou tourists from clogging the reception areas and tiring the girls with lineups that don't make them or the casa any money. So, to avoid a viewing fee you can buy a drink or fuck a girl.

If you approach one, she may have a preferred hotel, you can choose your own short time hotel, or if you're willing to take on the risk, you can take them back to your hotel. Doing that with someone you met from El Centro is stupid, don't take them back to your hotel. If they don't want to go to the hotel of your choice or the one they're directly in front of, know that the chances that you're going to have problems goes up a lot. Doing this is risky. People have gotten robbed, beaten up, and killed doing this. It probably won't happen, but know that it's not a low risk activity like a casa.

Casas refer to the locations scattered across the city where there is a lineup of women working. You go in, pay a small viewing fee, and all the women dressed in lingerie will quickly say Hi with their name (and number). If you see someone that interests you, you pay the house the posted rate and have at it in a room on site. The viewing fee used to be only necessary if you didn't choose someone or if you didn't buy a drink -- I think more recently it's become mandatory. It's in the neighborhood of 5 k pesos. This is generally a lot safer than picking up a street walker..
    Thank you, very helpful!

Read through maps and lists to find a very nice map of casas, locations of street walkers, and other points of interest.

Thanks, so it might be what I suspected. When a business changes names but the ownership is the same it usually means there is an infringement judgment in favor of another business that has rights to the name, or there is a tax problem or partner problem the owners resolve by changing the business' operating name.

Thanks for your posting. I plan to use your valuable and informative info for a planed trip. If anyone can help with some clarifications, would be greatly appreciated.

    Rappi and Toys

PSA: Rappi doesn't just deliver food it also delivers toys from sex shops. I've gotten things delivered in under an hour before. I don't think there is much of a need to buy toys in the states and bring them here. I've found prices to be similar and the selection to be large.

The name changed about two weeks ago. I will contact the Hotel and ask them about the name change.

On a related note, it seems the large Bluetooth speakers are allowed inside the wire again. So far it's karaoke style vallenato and cumbia "singers. " I wonder how far behind the raooers and indigenous child dance troupes can be.

    Global Access is Great

From the time I reach the kiosk (I've never had to wait longer than it takes to walk up to one) to the time I exit the immigration area there is a 1 to 2 minute period. I don't know if you could spend less time in immigration unless you stay home.
I agree. The kiosk takes my picture and you go to special line to wait for an agent. Usually it only takes a minute or so. I go to the agent and he will ask you a few questions and you're done. You don't get any special privileges when you are in Colombia but the additional feature of TSA PreCheck is wonderful. Much quicker and you don't have to take things out of your bag.

It is well worth the $100 for 5 years. A bargain. Free if you have certain credit cards.

Yes, when you enter passport control the sign points saying Mobile passport control and global entry both together. After passing the main point, it separates. The security guard will tell you which lane to go to when you flash the MPC to them.

Do you say you have global entry when asked?
I don't know about Miami, but in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando the MPC and Global Entry lines are one and the same, so you just walk following the MPC / GE signs.
