I sometimes reminisce on Google maps you can view street view going back to 2015 on walking street. You can still see remnants of the karaoke road behind walking street and a few of my favorite bars on santos were still there. The bars near the Clarkton used to be my favorite strip of bars. Afterschool, Lost in asia, the Tequila Reef restaurant youtube page has some old clips fun to watch.

Its not just price per sexual encounter. The changes in AC over the years is that the bars are no longer fun places to hang out. No more naked girls and lesbian shows and sitting with you 30 min or more with each drink rubbing your dick. And frankly, other than bars what else is there in that entire city? Certainly not good food or beaches or anything else. My airfare from Singapore is only $200 RT. But even that plus hotel hardly seems worth it anymore. I used to enjoy the bar experience as much if not more than the sex itself. But now that's gone. The only remaining factor is the ubiquitous BBFS although at much inflated prices.

Well your in Singapore, you should have your own group of girls coming over on a regular basis. There has to be dating apps there with working girls. Having the girls coming over on the side brings in all of their friends and its too the point where I barely have time to go out here anymore. Yesterday I had two girls come over and they cooked up lunch and then later dinner and afterwards we had a very nice threesome all for 2000 pesos each. There are some good restaurants here, its just hard to find them at times. I will say one of the girls is an excellent cook and its like a 5 course meal when the two of them come over. Having given this matter some thought, Southern Italy gets the vote as 1. I save on a long and tiresome flight. 2. I can trade off LBFMs for walking in the shadow of The Godfather. 3. the food and culture are to my liking. 4. some occasional bonks to kill an hour or two (or minute or two in my case) Anything north of Naples is out as, even though my nuts are not up to their previous standards, I don't want them falling off with frostbite, something that rarely happens in SE Asia.

I have glanced through a representative sample of main stream media giving advice on these matters. It seems they all just rob their copy from each other. Beware of credit card fraud, book online etc.

The advantage of sites like this, not only as regards LBFM pounding but more generally as well, is it gives far broader insights and opinions than main stream media ever can.

Kenya looked a goer but too many warnings about muggings and hijackings and, as regards the animals, you can't bonk them and who wants to see a stupid lion at afternoon dinner anyway when one can observe and bonk humans instead?

For various reasons I have had to spend about 3 months in Angeles City in the last year or so. I totally agree, other than the bars there isn't a damn thing in that town that I find attractive. Traffic on MacArthur is now comparable to Manila. Some of the worst roads, people constantly pulling out in front of you, kids will run right in front of your car while driving. You constantly have to remain alert and ready to hit your brakes. Impossible to find anywhere to park, the city is filthy with run down buildings, holes in the sidewalks (if you can find a sidewalk), trash everywhere. Koreans have almost completely taken over and the majority of them are A-holes. Plus the baklas, punks, and kids have become major thieves. Very easy to get robbed there now.

Other than the bars and the girls there is nothing appealing in AC. Plus the Porac bridge is currently closed so the trip between Subic and AC involves a detour with heavy traffic where there is major road construction going on, add 1 hour to the trip now. The new international airport is the only reason other than the bars that gives me a reason to go there.

You can't just say 'AC is not worth it because I'm paying too much to get here'. So cutting out all transportation and accomodation costs aside just what is acceptable? AC has a wide range of prices. From 2300 peso's for a barfine and sex upwards of 5000 on Walking Street. What is 'not worth' paying $40 to $80 usd for a round of sex from a girl that you picked 'not worth it? There are retirees who refuse to move overseas and leave their friends / hometown, not my problem if they see paying $1,500 for a flight and $800 for hotels 'not worth it' so they can stay living where they want to live. I had friends who talked of having their own 'harem'. A group of girls they rotated in and out. Leaving only a spare day (if that) for a new girl. Now I have that here in Angeles and honestly the amount of work you have to do to keep all of them happy and all of the 'emergencies' under control is tiresome. But AC is anthing BUT not worth it. You just have to find a place where you can live and enjoy a normal life without having several 4 year olds peeping into your apartment and all of that jazz. I have a 40 foot private balcony that overlooks a quiet street and many times I've gotten BJ's sitting in my living room watch life go by 100 feet away. Thais are prettier, Pattaya has more selection, lots of English speaking options, backwater countries are cheaper etc etc. However, I don't know anywhere else that offers a 80% solution in all categories plus generous visa allowances and semi believable cover stories.

I'd agree that sometimes it's not just about the cost.

I enjoy sitting around in my hotel and watching movies and shows and basketball and then having a daytime drink and wandering around the city, then partying, drinking, barfining, and occasional civilian pickup at night (and of course the bbfs). You have to see it as a vacation where you relax and get laid. If that's not your thing, stay away.

I am not so sure I have seen other posts here with wide variations in air fare. One has to be careful with scraper sites. I prefer to book with airlines so I know what I get. One big problem for me in doing the math is one hour turn around / transfer times with Kuwait Airlines.

As air fares have gone up, we have to look at longer stays to get back our air fare in extra bonks (if we can manage the bonk and the extra time).

60 days = airfare (1000) + hotel (1000) + food etc (1000) = 3000 or 50 $/ Euros per day.

If we go for 6000 PHP in hookers a week, that is 360,000 PHP = 6000 euros etc roughly, which seems a lot. But that is only about 100 $ a week in bonk which is not a lot. Plus one "saves" by not bonking before or after. If we regard Angeles as a bonkathon, that is see $500 a week in bonks, which is fine for a short duration.

I have been looking for places closer to Europe. Africa is the obvious choice but SE Asia is miles safer.

If we go for only 30 days, then no need for visa extension (3600 PHP saved or 2 bonks) and 1000 (or 60000 PHP or 30 + bonks).

A 30 day bonkaton would be 2000 base + 3000 in bonks - = 5000 or say 150 per bonk, which is not that different from Europe though the bonk might be better.

Those are the roughest of very rough calculations. We have a base (air fare + basics). Then we have the bonks, which could also be classified as basics.

I figure, unless one is getting a lot more from it in terms of golf, scuba diving, medical etc, it is just not worth it for the hassle.

Although there is no answer to this, I feel less Western folk will go there for short hauls.

Air fares are not going to get cheaper. Longer breaks means more time away from home which is an issue. There is definite opening for a sleaze pot nearer to Western Europe but it is hard to see that eventuating. Short trips might be worth it but too much wear and tear. It is a major issue but not one our politicians would get worked up over as they can fund their own needs.

Saturday night 29.7. 2023.

It was going to be a split barhop this night, first with western friends in the few western orientated bars of walking street and then on to meet korean business investors and hit the many korean orientated bars of walking street.

The reason of two seperate barhops in two different types of bars is because koreans do not like the look of the girls in the western bars and my western friends refuse to go to the korean bars because the girls there are cold to them and mostly won't sit for drinks with them as they only have eyes for the many asian guys.

Its monsoon season so neavy rain most days and nights, soon as it stops raining it starts again.

Western bars,

Geckos bar, where multiple years ago this was a very popular bar it now is very quiet on most nights for girl numbers, probably 7-8 girls in on Saturday, one drink and moved on as girls looked bored as well as being old.

Lollipop bar which is just next door to geckos bar so was the obvious next choice, very quiet,4 expat old guys in when we attended, none sitting with girls, girl numbers were low, a mixture of oldies, fatties, new t backs (thongs) in white for all the girls, in truth most did not have the body shape to carry off a t back but at least they were smiling and trying to get called over for a lady drink but no takers from our group due to very low quality fatties and oldies,1 drink and moved on.

Vikings bar, now this is a nice size bar, the owners and mummies make sure to make one welcome and comfortable, waitresses in white and black uniforms, girls in bikinis, 20 odd girls in tonight, some playing on their phones, some smiling and some not looking happy at all, friends invited the only 2 non fatties over for drinks, they are seasoned mongers and of course got to the barfine question on the 1st drink, girls wanted 4,000 peso short time 1 hour, friends declined,2 drinks and we were out of the place.

Korean bars next for me, friends called it a night and went on to have food in envy.

Q bar, this is a popular bar for asians only, nice welcome from the Korea manager, he had remembered my name and had lead me through to where my korean friend were waiting for me, they already had a table full of drinks and girls sitting with them,2 of the girls made room for me in the middle of them, they were known to me as had sat with them in a group of koreans many times before, looking around the bar it was quieter than normal for girl numbers, this is a nice bar and one of my go to places, couple of drinks and we moved on.

Avalon bar, again a korean oriented bar, no westerners and about 15 asian customers, girl numbers about 25-30,mostly on stage doing shows, soon as we walked in and were seated a couple of girls wanted to join us, few drinks later, some snacks for us and the girls we were on tomour last and favourite bar.

Xs bar, have said this multiple times before, this bar is by far the most popular bar for the asians, why, because it has great shows, nice decor, very cold air con and the girls are a cut above the rest in angeles, no, no stunners but the girls are mostly tall, slim, dressed elegant, smelling good and above all happy and smiling, hard to know exactly how many girls tonight, maybe 40-50 odd girls, spent a couple of hours here, many drinks for us and the girls, delivery pizza for us and the girls, koreans handing out money like its going out of fashion, all in all although expensive night here we enjoyed it, one thing that sticks out is how many girls are able to speak korean, maybe not fluently but know the greetings and many more words, also suprising how many of these girls quote korean food as their no1 food choice to me.

In summing up, western bars very quiet for both girl numbers and punters, some bars not even 1 customer and only 3 or 4 old fatties on stage, its hard to see how most of these bars are keeping the staff paid and the lights on, many owners and girls complaining of how quiet it is, as normal, no money coming in then the owners are reluctant to make changes or enploy better looking gjrls which obviously cost much more, yes one can get laid here but don't expect anything young or slim.

Korean bars are doing ok, yes less customers but thise that are in like to spend large and treat the girls to many drinks, food and tips, obviously not a place for old westerners to get any girl attention, yes if one is with a group of asians then the girls will sit and have fun but actually leaving with a westerner is a definate no no, why, as discussed recently by many members once the koreans see a girl barfjne with a westerner she is toast, they will ignore such girls and not spend any money on them, koreans like korean only girls, it is what it is, there us definately a devide in angeles punters, westerners to get laid have to accept the low quality girls in the western bars, try to barfine from the korean bars will have one left very disappointed in truth.

Re playing at home vs travelling: the cost differential is definitely closing. More so if all the airfares, hotels etc sunk costs are factored in. Also, it's now 20% more expensive to fly from my home town to MNL vs BKK.

Regarding airfare. I flight. Google'd this. One-way fares from MNL. LAX. Highest is about $1500 USD (August), and lowest is $450 USD (September).
