No specific advice. I don't (yet) use any meds. Recently, I asked the seniors about Cialis and looks like there are side effects. Given I am in the US, I would need prescription. Not worth the hassle.

I just follow healthy habits. Quit smoking (was occasional smoker anyway) 10 years ago, eat healthy (no fries, no meat, no high fat food), exercise regularly and intensely (I am a sportsman, anyway), no soda (yes, I have had at most 5 coke cans in last 20 years), minimal alcohol (drinks when with girls).

I guess tht dose the trick but, frankly speaking, I simply thank the stars. Doing above doesn't mean good performance. Just lucky bastard, I guess.

Although, I'm curious about Cialis. Want to try and see what more it does to me. Will try and post someday.

Yes you need a prescription but super easy to get online. Go to your local Walmart or pharmacy that has a blood pressure device (or buy one they are not expensive) and get your blood pressure. Then do an online consult. I use K Health and like them. You will have a prescription in about 15 minutes and just a few days for it to arrive at your door. It's not even expensive. Only side effect for me is minor flushing and red eyes. I use Lumify for the red eye and it kills it in 2 minutes. Could t be happier with Cialis. Always ready but never get hard for no reason. Only when needed. And hugely helpfu if going two or more rounds.
