    Bails

    Travesty of justice indeed!
Bails were negotiated and agreed to before hand by prosecutor and lawyers for defendants, and confirmed by judge. "Normal" arraignment usually involve people who are not represented before hand. These people got a head start with indictment giving them 10 days to surrender. Not a travesty, efficient.

Now, blocking all the street for a defendant to show up in a motorcade is very unusual. But we've never had a former president indicted either.

I spent three hours listening to RFK Jr on Joe Rogan's podcast, and he was incredibly intelligent and articulate and checked himself when talking about something he did not know.

For instance, when talking about the rise of autism, Joe Rogan asked him if it was not vaccines, what else could it be? RFK Jr. Mentioned a study on wi fi radiation and the blood brain barrier but stopped himself and said he did not know enough about it. Rogan looked it up and quoted from the study.

So, of course, politifact does a hit job and says the predictable, "RFK says wi fi causes autism. ".

And that is how you give a candidate the Ron Paul / Bernie Sanders treatment. What RFK Jr. Said about vaccines was hugely educational to me, and when one of these pro-Covid vaccine hacks condemned RFK Jr, Rogan offered up $100,000 for him to come on his show and debate RFK Jr. After that, others ponied up money and the final sum was $1. 5 million to a Covid vaccine hack to come on Rogan's show and debate RFK, and he chickened out.

So again Tooms, who do you listen to? RFK, the guy wiling to debate? Or the chicken shit who turned down $1. 5 million to debate the "loon"? You and Xpartan not only listen to the chicken shit. You drink his Kool Aid.

If you want the truth, listen to RFK speak on Rogan's podcast and then have an opinion. Quit drinking the Kool Aid and telling us you have your own opinion.

Aren't you still drinking the Kool Aid of everyone in the lame stream media who was wrong about that?

I would not pull a banana republic move and investigate a presidential candidate leading in the polls. Of course, I am not a partisan hack like Merrick Garland.

And once again, you assign expert status to someone who does not deserve it. You can go to the 1:39 mark of this video and see Trump was right again, and Biden was lying through his teeth, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ffSyZP8ib4.

CNN said Biden was incorrect or rather had a blind spot. Then the favorite Dem talking point is that Joe Biden did not have any business dealings with Hunter is blown up, but we now know Joe Biden just used a bunch of psuedonyms to cover up his corrupt family dealings and the final straw was the lame and corrupted attorney investigating Hunter Biden.

What comes next? All sons of the VP should expect to make millions a year in bribes? That is normal, the way it is done in Washington?

You douches keep attaching expert status to all these compromised and corrupt sources. The list is endless now: Page, Strzok, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Schiff, Garland, the 50 intelligence officers who said Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation, Fauci, Collins, Biden himself ETC, and I probably missed a few hundred.

There was a meme on twitter of four leaders who prosecuted their political opponents and I think it was Stalin, Mao, and Kim Jong Un. The fourth face on the meme was Biden.

Is it part of an Insanity Defense or an I'm Too Stupid defense?

It is such a stupid, prissy and vain thing for Trump to lie about.

Of course, when practically every sentence that comes out of his mouth or written by him is a lie I suppose it just required too much concentration, focus and effort for him to make an exception this one time no matter how much this particular lie out of the dozens of thousands just since 2015 makes him an irresistible object of ridicule.

Or is it another building block of evidence to support an Insanity Defense?

Or it could just be his way of promoting a long time Trump favorite, the "I'm too stupid to commit this crime" defense.

In this instance that defense is supported with, "I'm even too stupid, too cognitively impaired to guess anything close to my own height and weight".

My god. Anyone sitting across the negotiation table from that pathetic fool must have thought he'd just been handed the winning lottery ticket.

From Muhammad Ali to Chris Hemsworth: Celebrities with the same height and weight as Trump, per jail records.

I predict that Joe Biden will not be Impeached twice, will not serve as President without first getting the most votes, will not be indicted on 91 counts in 4 Felonies, will not surrender to the police, will not be arrested, will not get booked under police custody in jail for any crimes, will not lay the groundwork for, exacerbate and nurse into existence a worldwide economy-destroying, mass murdering Pandemic as a direct result of his defiantly negligent National Security decisions, lies and mockery of science, incite a violent, traitorous, cop-maiming and cop-killing Anti-American Insurrection, and have members of his own hand-picked Team give witness under Oath to him plotting and planning the theft of legitimate votes in an attempt to overturn a free and fair American election.

    Unlike your Lord and Savior.

Fake science, caught red handed abort

Great, you agree with M. Dorstewitz's opinion.

I read the article and listened to the robot summation, and it has nothing to do with what I wrote about science. I'll entertain your tangent, if you listen to article in podcast version on top of the page, its premise is that the top officials from the top down stopped working for the American people.

    1. Who are these "top officials"? I love vagueness to keep listener / reader guessing and playing on mythical thinking.

    2. "They are lining their own pockets, why are we still employing them, and why are they not in prison?" Actual investigators would look at "targets" financials if there are credible leads. This is simple if there is a paper / digital trail. Then, the investigator would have to get evidence to a prosecutor who would then charge the target, who then becomes a defendant. Presumed innocent with the burden on the prosecutor to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the defendant is guilty to a jury of his / her peers. That's how it works. Lobbing accusations is entertaining, but not reality based analysis of things.

Here's a thing about all this, I really don't care who goes to jail if they've committed crimes. If someone is found guilty in a court of law, then that should be straight forward as to the kind of person he / she is. Are their wrongly convicted people, sure 1% of convictions of white are overturned, while 4-6% of black are overturned. And before you try to play the racism card. I put those figures because I want to illustrate that 99% of white criminals who are convicted are correctly convicted. So if Fauci, being white, committed provable crimes, then the conviction would be deserved.

If only the world had seen well-earned Mug Shots of Agnew, Nixon, Reagan, Bush2 and Cheney, perhaps your Lord and Savior would not have felt his failing Trump Brand infomercial run as a Repub candidate that blundered into a rigged Electoral College appointment of him as so-called potus meant that, as a Repub, he would get a free pass on whatever crimes he wanted to commit, including the ones that forced the DOJ to indict him and a few of his Repub Crime Enterprise members that led to that historic collection of Mug Shots.

Trump arrived at the jail shortly after 7:30 p.m. ET in a presidential-style motorcade and was booked, fingerprinted and photographed for a mug shot within minutes, according to jail records. Trump was quickly released, according to the records. He was in and out of the jail in about 20 minutes.

The typically pro Repub Main Stream Media has been late to call out RFK Jr on his loonyness because I am sure they would love any factor that might pull just enough votes away from Biden to help their beloved Repub candidate win. When Biden officially secures the nomination, look for MSM to revive their forgiveness of RFK Jr's lunacy and tout him as a write-in candidate.

That way, the same deadbeats in Red States, the same mindsets in the same regions of the country who presumably would still be delighted to live their deadbeat lives of financial success as long as free slave labor applied all of the blood, sweat and tears to make it so for them, can continue their deadbeat Supply-Side / Trickle-Down tax policies combined with no regard for regulations that puts the vast majority of USA wealth in the pockets of a few inherited capital deadbeat masters while everyone else does most of the work.

That 20% sounds about right, that is about what % of Democrats have real jobs, so it is not just Republicans. RFK is anti deep state, anti Fauci, anti vax, and pro health. He is also the kind of person, an environmental trial lawyer, that Republicans would be loath to have supported in the past.

Of course, you do a google search and find out he is a nut. He is getting the lame stream media's Ron Paul nut job treatment. But if you actually listen to what he has to say, he makes a lot of good points.

Lastly, I listened to a futurist talk about developing drugs for certain individuals. Once you get drugs that work for one class of people going to toxins and viruses that affect other classes is not that hard. So China is working on drugs that work on just the Chinese and bioweapons that spare the Chinese and kill everyone else? Oh, that is racist! IMO you are nave if you do not believe China is doing exactly that. In fact, I think you would be naive if you thought everyone was not doing something along those lines. It is the future.
