Over the years I have been traveling to Bangkok, I built a solid list of contacts in my line account and I had them all saved. ....
...Unfortunately, I had to change my phone and when I tried to reinstall the app in the new phone, I got the message that I was blocked for the next 52 days!

Had similar situation over time. Since then I use in my mobile, iPad and computer. While changing the phone I always lost my date (even while I have a backup), when I send a message from the other device it's visual on the phone directly.

The best way to avoid this problem is to keep your smart phone backed up. I don't know why Somewhere15 had a problem.

I've changed phones more times since getting Line than I care to remember and I've never lost anything during phone changes. I have iPhone, but I'm confident that Android has something equivalent. I do automated nightly backups via WiFi to iCloud and then about weekly I do a wired encrypted manual backup to my laptop using iTunes. Before I go to the phone store, the last thing I do is a manual backup to my laptop. When I get my new phone, I take it straight home and do a restore from my laptop. I can't remember every losing anything from any of my phone apps.

I would suggest replying to them and say you think there has been a mistake, as you only use line to chat with your friends.

Barring that, I can't think of any way to get your line contacts back.

Based on my recent little research I find that The Bamboo Bar inside of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel might be similar to Spasso's but I have not read any confirming posts that there are pickup women. I am new to the line scene. I have downloaded line to my phone, but do not want to sign up with my US number. I am going to purchase an e-sim card for Thailand, just before my arrival. Would I be able to link my Thailand e-sim number to line, without linking my US sim?

Sorry if this is not the right thread. But, this thread seems to be the most active one around and I am sure there are others who have had the same experience as I do.

This included women who have stopped working regularly in MPs or Escorting, but they would visit me whenever I was in bkk.

They all continue to be in good shape, just that they found other normal jobs elsewhere in Bangkok.

So, I emailed the customer care and they have replied that I tried to solicit, hence I was blocked!

Is there any way to get out of this mess and get access to my old contacts?
