I've not been active in this forum for the past 7 years but an active monger regardless. Both mongers and SW seem to have unrealistic expectations lately. Getting quality contacts has become just as hard as buying paid subscription for this forum. LOL.

Take an approach that you would take if you take a video call with your friends or family.

Don't dress awkward.

Don't discuss anything on the call that makes intent clear. Intent as in what you are in, for on SA or with the girl.

If feasible, take it as if its an office or a normal call with someone whom you know.

My two cents: if I were you I would avoid video call because nothing is guaranteed until you meet her and have good time. End of the day it's an arrangement rather than relationship so don't really need to show our face. Nothing personal just business and keep it that way if possible. I wouldn't listen to my heart but only brain and better have some rules. Recently someone asked me that but I politely declined saying I want to keep it discrete and professional. Video call should be fine. Maybe she is checking how you look. I have done that before traveling to India. But initially don't show your face in the video call, just face the phone away from you until she shows her face.

Yes SA is like that. Its nothing new. I have several of those experiences. The only way we get successful is whenever we are ready to meet within a week send message to them. Do not send message way too early. I send in detail message in first contact what I am looking for and if they are willing to meet at public place before heading for fun and give only my telegram. No other contact. I will contact almost all of them within the same city where I am heading. I do not believe in pics. Most of them are either fake or run by pimps. I ask for either video chat or meet at public place like coffee or something. If they don't do either of these I will not reply back. I just keep moving forward with next one. If I prove them that I can have arrangement on same day most of them are willing to negotiate the price and meet at public place. Those that are fake pics will not respond to meet for coffee.
