Doesn't SA require paid membership to send any messages, and that too around 100 $.

SA should be used for just few messages and then move conversation to TG. If they refuse coffee meet then mostly it's WG. If you plan to meet once then do a VC and decide. Generally 12 k to 20 k is going rate is what I think. Generally I see they say 20 k for 4 hours but if your budget is. 12 k then let them know. Now 4 hours becomes 2 hours.
