Posting review of 2 of the 3 spas mentioned in the post above. The first review is few weeks old and second one is couple of months old.

1. Kings Spa: Very basic set-up located above a butcher shop on 24th main road. Rooms and showers were not clean. They have only 2 birds. None of them are looker. Massage happened for namesake for 30 minutes before jumping into the deed. The therapist running outside to confirm the price for the services was a big turn-off. Each time you quote a rate she will go out confirm and come back. Average service including HJ+TA. 1.2 k on counter.

3. Spa Serenity: Located above a dry-fruit shop on 19th main road opposite to Allens. Clean and hygienic set-up. Spacious rooms with attached shower. They once had a good collection of NE but on my last visit it was a mixed crowd. Good massage followed by extras. Everything expect FS was on the menu. Counter charges was on the higher side about 2 k. This spa is available on NB. You can check if that can get you any discounts.

I have not visited refresh salon. Will post if I visit it anytime soon.

Tried out this spa inside a serviced apartment in Bellandur. Small place, not posh, but sufficiently clean. Had an SI therapist. Massage skills are basic. Offered "HJ+touching" for 3. 5 k. Apparently had a Thai therapist (miss N) so dropped by. She seemed a little aged and plump, did a decent massage. Said b2 b was on the table so opted for it.
