Igg means its not active anymore. Active infection will come under igm. Hsv 1 is related mostly with oral herpes and hsv2 with genital herpes. Being said that one can have hsv1 in genital areas and hsv2 in oral areas. Until and unless you have an active infection and a test is being done by taking sample from that region it's difficult to say whether you are having oral or genital herpes. Since you have a history of mouth ulcers most likely you have oral herpes but that need not be true. Since its igg I don't think tingling sensation in your genital area is related to this but I may be wrong.
Herpes are not life threatening but for sure an inconvenience. It is recommended not to go for herpes test unless you have any symptoms. Most people who are herpes positive never get any symptoms or have very mild symptoms. Worst part of herpes is the virus can be active in you without any symptoms. So you won't be knowing it and unknowingly pass it to someone else. This is why it spreads so much. If we all mongers go for a herpes test 75% will turn out to be positive. So don't worry, you are not alone.
When you are having any tingling sensation in your genital areas try avoiding having any sex or getting cozy with your partner where your partner might touch your genital area. Remember herpes is a skin disease and spreads with any form of skin contact to the affected area. So better to take precautions as you don't know for sure which part of your body is affected.
Treatment wise I have heard homeopathy and ayurveda can keep it dormant for years.

2. Always try and please your partner, put their needs before yours. That way they'll make sure that you get what you need.
3. Spend time generously on foreplay. It will boost your confidence which is a key to last long.
4. While you are in the act, enjoy your time. However, do not get entangled in the worry of not lasting long, you'll last longer.
5. Practice makes a man perfect. The more sessions you have, the better you'll get at the timing.
Personal advice:
A. It's important to have asexual interaction before the act. A playful hug or some frank conversations help a lot in containing the excitement.
B. Go slow! Its not a race. Try and enjoy your time.
C. Try changing positions or taking it out and engaging in foreplay again if you think you are close.
D. There are climax delay condoms which have sensation numbing cream at the tip, they do help if used properly. I haven't tried but I have seen a guys using numbing spray on his dick when I had a threesome. Maybe works, no harm in trying.
E. Kegel exercises, very easy and very effective if done consistently.
F. Pinching the tip when you are close to orgasm helps in the timing. (pic attached).
G. You can also try diverting your mind if you feel the sensations are overwhelming, and come back to reality once they are in control. (I used to count in my head backwards from 100 to 1 or count the tiles or estimate the room dimensions).
In the end, the human mind is inherently subjective. What worked for me might not work for you. But I sincerely hope this helps! Others may add something if I missed out.

Posts: 115PE during my first round
I am suffering from PE during my first round. Second round lasts a little longer. How can I improve my PE for first round? I usually energetic during my first round only and horniness wanes during my second round. I am 30, quite fit since I lift heavy in the gym and do heavy cardio once a week. What should I do now?

Posts: 4Help needed. Testing for STIs.
So I went to a MP today and had a session. In the heat of the moment, w / o thinking I gave her two to three licks. Then sense came back to me and I stopped immediately.
Anyways, now I'm a bit scared that I might have potentially caught an STI. I know chances are less, but anyways I'm Planning on taking tests in lab to give me mental peace.
Please help me out in what, where, how, when I can test myself for potential STIs. And Also, when is the optimal period after exposure to take tests.

There is a risk of infection through Breast Milk. Last year I met one lactating NE therapist, she was having mild cold. I sucked her breasts, I contracted cold within a day.

Thanks you so much for the reply. I wish it shouldn't be anything serious I took Azithromycin for 2 days and stopped it. I will take a std test after 3 month.
It's easy to go have sex with stranger but after that it kills the peace of mind.
