Yes mandatory in most bars to get the girl sitting next to you, the mamasan / bar manager will push you to buy the drinks, you can order yourself a fruit or pop drink (mostly available).

Yesterday I checked out the BP spa (white dove translate to Spanish) in expm nagar.

I had given my phone number to a couple spas when I visited them a few months ago. Sharing my number was probably a rookie mistake, but haven't had any issues so far.
