My advice is plan early. Once you know or think you know when you want to visit SP start looking for flights and hotels. Personally, I have sufficient funds to pretty much do whatever I like, but within limits sadly, on account of the fact that, I am not worth $20,000,000. KKK. So, I am willing to pay more for a flight with a no penalty for flight changes & enlarged leg room seating or whatever a particular airline wants to call extra leg room coach. I am also willing to pay up and book direct (non-stop) flights when available. I like business class too, but at double the price of extra legroom coach, it is just not worth it to me. My spending priorities are #1 any girls I want within reason, KKK, #2 any restaurant I want, #3 preferred 5-star hotels and if too costly then friendly, well located 4-stars will do. Having hotel points and voucher nights for many corporate hotel chains make the 5-star hotels feasible for me in SP because otherwise I would not stay at a joint like the Renaissance and pay over $250/ night. $180 cash for a 5 star right at my limit. I really do not like to pay that much.
But hotel prices in SP seem to have gone through the roof since Nov 2023-Jan 2024 and are severely testing my limit. For example, in November 2023, I stayed at the Hyatt for $125/ night for a week. For dates in June / July 2024 the Hyatt wants $180 or more when I booked a combined points & voucher reservation for a week in June 2024 at that hotel. I think they want even more $$$ for the same dates now. I also booked the Marriott Exec hotel for $125 for July, but I had to reserve 2 weeks in a row to get that rate. I believe this hotel is now asking $200 night which is unbelievable to me. KKK. But the surprise deal of my upcoming trip was with the JW Mariott for points. Usually that hotel is much more expensive in points or dollars than the Rennaissance. Not this time when I was looking, so I booked the JW for a bargain rate number of points (much cheaper than the Renaissance) and as a result, I am now out of Marriot points. KKK.
Anyway, all SP hotel prices across the board are going through the roof for June-August 2024 winter season. I have no idea of why except it must be function of demand, so I am glad I started booking my hotels back in January almost as soon as I got back home from my last trip. KKK. For example, in June 2023, I stayed for a week at the Grand Mercure SP Itaim Bibi, a real nice 4 star hotel, for $85/ night. Now they are asking $180/ night for a week in June 2024. I could give many more examples.
But the key thing to keep in mind is that all my hotel reservations are refundable in points or of a pay later with no cancelation fee on the credit card type. That way if the hotel rates had declined from the time I booked, I could have easily cancelled my original reservations and made a new cheaper ones. Unfortunately, this is not happening this time around, but I am relatively happy because I locked in some pretty good rates for my upcoming trip which gets me back to my original piece of advice: plan early and book early.

Ok Steve, you have singlehandedly put SP on my radar so I'm in data collection mode before an inevitable trip. Perusing our favorite site shows plenty I'd be interested in. $120 is indeed cheap for a good quality hotel but all of the 5 star luxury hotels are priced similar to any other city.
Based on the prices I've seen I don't consider Scandallo expensive per se. The price is the price. $100 to walk through the door with some food credit, $300 to bang a hot chick without negotiating. Probably about the same out of pocket as I'd spend on eastern European stripper take out. Assuming you don't go crazy on the booze. Let me know if I'm out of line but these prices don't sound crazy to me.

Posts: 17Down To Three Choices Lodging --Need Help With Deciding
Fellows appreciate the feedback on my inquiry about lodging choice. Special shoutout to XXL, Steve9696, and Jimmy Boy 99.
I am now down to three choices:
1. Mercure Privilege in ibirapuera.
2. Wyndham ibirapuera.
3. AirBnB in the same area of the two hotels listed above.
Need your help with pros and cons for each.
I would like to stay in the area because I think there are clinicas within walking distance from my choices above.
I would also intend to bring in a girl at some point during my trip so hopefully my choices will not give me a lot of hassle to bring a girl.
Lastly, definitely I will take a trip to scandallo so hopefully my choices are within close Uber ride.
Really need your pointers so I can make reservations.
TY in advance.

Airbnb or apartment rentals are way cheaper. I am currently staying in an airbnb in the Mercure Priviledge for about $45/ might.

You will take a cab to the clinicas anyway (except if you stay in Moema within walking distance of 3 or 4 clinicas).
The accommodation problem in SP is the sky-high prices of hotels and AirBnbs. That's why if I go to Brazil again I'll go to Rio as it seems prices there are reasonable. I may stand corrected though.

Going off this topic, what's the min and max I should spend for a 12 day trip in room / housing fees, and airbnb or hotel as I'm on a budget? I would stay in Sao Paulo and likely visit Rio as well from, and would like security and be able to bring girls anytime. Probably asking for too much, I know.
Purpose of the trip would be at least visit Scandallo, so would like to know the recommended days to visit, and same for Rio. Would land in Sao Paulo Thursday Morning, leave Sunday Night.
Off topic, do any of you pick up girls off the beaches for sex and anyone know why there aren't many pictures of Scandallo club inside or the girls who visit? Could not find anything from the Passport Bros video either. I do have PM access for any of these messages and appreciate all responses.

Posts: 17Longer Stay Love Motel Suggestions
Fellows getting close to a trip to SP and now on the lookout for lodging choices. I am leaning towards love motels for long term use (a few days). Has anyone used love motels for long periods?
Any suggestion of which love motel will be closer to the clinicas / boates?
TY in advance to all feedback.

Your two examples represent the North or Northeast of Brazil and South of Brazil. If you want to find someone like Lima, she has a typical facial appearance that actually is not hard to find in her home state. Gisele seems to be popular there too, because I see her pictures in the mall all the time, more than Lima.
It's hard to describe what is beauty. Some features can be improved, sometimes that is the difference of a girl being able to make a living at Scandallo or Tangara.

You can take Seeking girls to any good restaurants, which are are numerous in SP. The first time I used translator, and you will have no problem if you make it clear that you don't speak the language. If they are on Seeking, they probably are looking for gringos. This answer your other question in Medellin. You don't have to pretend you are not gringo. If the Brazilian girl does show up to meet you, I would guess it's 90% they would go back with you. You can be direct about payment in Brazil or Colombia during your date if you want. Some may bring it up during online conversation.
It's easy to talk about sex in Colombia and Brazil. I never talk about sex with any regular women in USA. In Brazil and Colombia, my experience is that they would bring it up as a conversation topic when there is a chance, regardless of their social status.

I don't think Seeking is really necessary in SP with all the available options but give it a try if you wish.

Would you say there's a minimum mix of different nationalities at Scandallo or the other high end clubs like Asians, Russians, Etc, and are all these women slim or some curvier?
For those who have picked up Seeking girls, how do you usually converse with them, and what are the recommend safe parts of town to meet up with them or are they more willing to come straight to your room? I'm not sure how direct to be online, like just offer appointments and allowance. I don't have the best luck here in the states but since I'll be "richer" in this country, I'm hoping to improve those odds.
