The convenience and quality factor in the tourist market is worth the high price. If you can not speak Spanish, want girls who can speak some English, and are 8 to 10 in looks, then be ready to pay.

Maybe it seems like I am picking on you because I'm responding to two of your posts back to back. But I'm just catching up.

Not true in Medellin or Bogota. My Spanish is beyond horrible and I'm finding girls that speak English. Now granted it's more Bogota than Medellin. But it's really not true that you have to pay a huge premium. I don't say that to be cheap. But paying more doesn't result in a better experience. I've paid all ranges. I'm typically paying 200 mil for spinner university girl 18 to 21 for 2 to 3 hours+ BBFS.

I am pretty experienced at this point. But back when I was not and just using seeking that was my experience too. Girls that charged a lot tended to have GPS and the experience just was not as good.

And I'm in no way shape or form directing this at you. I don't know you. But I think age, personality, weight. Etc CAN play a factor. Money is an easy substitute for some. Or luck maybe. And people that go after surgery Instagram models / pros will have to pay more. Because the market for some reason puts a premium on that. But I think the different factors that go into this are things that every guy should have a realistic sense of where they fall and I think that can translate into price.

I don't take issue with people paying more. But it's just not true that it's automatic that you have to. And I make this response to provide a little more context for other guys. Because it's not the same for everyone.

I'm not sure how you define the bad part of town. But at a strip club 2 blocks from the nutty (and thus 2 streets from Centro) it was 80 mil for Medio with bbj. 100 mil for BBFS. It was the one where you enter the rooms through the dj booth. It's near Centro. But when I hear "bad area of town" I think a place you are going to get robbed and assaulted .2 blocks from the nutty is a fully lite street and a busy street isn't a bad part of town.

Now should you be walking actually in Centro at that hour. No. But that's not where the strip club is. I'm too gringo to know what the bad part of town is.

And on the topic of Airlines, I wonder why Delta does not fly to MDE from Atlanta I think that would be a good market.

Speaking about flights, I want to rant! Why the hell did Avianca eliminate the direct LAX to Bogota route. The clerk said something about a rumour of Avianca not being able to get a license; that doesn't make sense. What was once a 6.5 hour direct flight is now a 10 hour flight with a layover in El Salvador.

Nope. Cover charge is the charge to enter. Like a cover charge. Barfine is not a term used in Colombia, but I know what you mean and I don't think it is that common. Perhaps in some of the strip clubs. Not sure.

And those charges would be the onsite charges. Not all night and not leaving the club. And presuming they are an hour more or less.

Now I wouldn't want to "exploit" a working girl but in my humble opinion most of these girls are just spoilt brats that are too lazy or influenced by social media and want to punch above their "class" / upbringing (nothing wrong with wanting more from life) and they choose the easiest way to attempt this, spreading their legs. End of story.

I am not denying that there will very likely be guys pimping out girls or taking advantage of girls and whatnot but unless I really see a girl getting exploited I will always try to think of me and my wallet first. And the girl second.

I always treat them nicely. And if the girl provides good service I also tip or pay for drinks / food. But man I will not let a hoe take advantage of me (at least I will try not to xD).

But not a lot of info on what amount newbies should be countering with or what price point to stick to depending on diferent venues.

Seems like one poster was speaking about club prices. Are those not usually set by the establishment. Or just the exit fee.

What are seasoned mongers paying in lleras short time compared to TLN. Also adicionales always plays a factor.

Seen mostly the prices that should be expected and quoted in Centro but not much on Lleras in todays market or clubs where girls set their own prices.

For some reason guys will make every excuse to not go for the non-tourist package. It seems they make a lot of assumptions having never even tried. I can see if they gave examples of one time I tried to get the non-tourist package and this negative thing happened. But no. They are all insistent that negative things come along with the tourist package when in actuality that is not the case. Never in one instance after bargaining for the non-tourist package have I said if I would have just paid more like the girl wanted originally, then I would have had a better experience.

There is a lot of concern about what others pay. I don't really pay attention to what other guys pay. I just pay what I think is fair for the girl that I am interested in. If others pay her less, so be it. If others pay her more, so be it.

Now, I know that guys want some general agreement where all guys agree to pay a certain amount and we all hold the line but that is a fantasy. There are too many guys and ISG guys are just a small part of the totality of mongers visiting Colombia. It will never happen.

Pay what you want and don't worry about what others think. If you think the price is fair, that is all that matters.
