Val, this place is in the same place, Soukya is written on the steel gate. And they are in the ground floor. The ads on Hindhu should read like "Royal Men. " just call them and ask for the centre name. If they saukya then that's it.

Its the same one near JV hospital. That road is called Railway Border Road.
On that road from JV hospital walk in such a direction where railway line will be on your left. Watch out for the shops / buildings on your right. There is one house with number 16 / 17 and you will see a staircase there.. Go inside that and it is in the ground floor. There are no sign boards or anything.
