As a European in India, let me assure you that the women I have enjoyed being with, mainly in South India though, have all been excellent in every way. Also, they bring plenty of brains to any chat we have, with their education, knowledge and other skills. For the equivalent of 200 USD (typically), I have had better luck in India than anywhere else in the world. There is a lot more one gets for the two to three hours they spend with you, always unrushed, than the business-like sessions one gets most other places. Your "minimum of Rs. 25K for an hour" is largely exaggerated.
