No offense, but legalizing this industry can't prevent providers from quoting as they please. It is up to the buyer to decide if the proposed services are worth the requested "donation".

This is my first post in this forum. I'm on a vacation in Bangalore.

What I am about to share might be common place to senior mongers, but for me it was one of a kind experience which I want to share.
