I personally am not interested in her as I won't even get a rise hearing about her attitude. But it seems that the market seems to have decided her value at 1. 5 - 2k per hour, that too only if there is no attitude and BBJ is a must. So it is 3. 5 - 4k for 2 hours and two pops.

I will be completing 6 months around the first week of May. I understand, that I will get the PM facility as it is fed in the Administrators Software here.
