Is it safe to reply such ads on backpages or craiglist or locanto, please let me know your experiences, as I don't have any experience before.

Locanto is an absolute no. Ads there are either common call girls. You can better just google search, why waste time? But I guess you are looking for an independent girl, then Locanto is a waste of time. 100% ads there that claim independent girls are fake.
