Well. For me asking advance itself is quite enough red flag, so I would definitely back out. So if it just temptation or some kind of fear of missing out then just ignore that offer and move, unless you have real genuine reasons to trust her.

And regarding LE part I think you are just getting paranoid IMO.

I never see any hygiene issue with 7 G she is damn clean.

Her service is for sure top. But hygenic depends on when you go and the traffic how many mongers has visited on that day.
