The owner has good contacts and will arrange a full night for 12-13 k all inclusive. Its better not to go through the advertisement channel as the number of middlemen involved sky rocket the price. I was given this breakup by a sympathizing Uzbek girl who felt for me as I had to pay 15 k for the full night another 1500 hundred for the room and 500 for the driver. I hope my experience would be beneficial for our friends on the forum.
