Every shop charges a 1k-4k delivery fee unless you are right next to their shop. So TAE's formula is 22k + 2k nomination + 1k delivery (to a Shibuya hotel), plus 10% tax. (22+2+1) * 1.1 = 27.5k ($175). Gingira is 33k + 3k nomination + 1k delivery (to a Shinjuku hotel). 33+3+1 = 37k ($232). THC is 27k + 0k + 2k (to a central Tokyo hotel) = 29k. I always paid the advertised amount under these formulas.

The base price gets you basic play which in my experience is everything but fs. Girls each have their policy on fs, some are included some ask for a tip. The shop will deny it since they can't advertise fs. Everything else is legal, including bbbj and anal sex. The girl decides what is offered.

[B]Meeting the Girl[/B]
When you deliver to your hotel, meet the girl outside and escort her in. I've done this 20 times without any problem including OTC dates, and friends I know never had an issue. But it could be ymmv with some hotels, just none I've stayed at. They are not going to stop a guest with a key going to their room, and they generally have too many guests to remember if you booked a single or double. Just be discreet.

Yes, it's a problem. One thing I noticed from meeting girls was that some of them strongly preferred foreign customers. Girls like THC Hasumi and Hinata Etoile were pretty adamant about that. One of them explained that many locals have the attitude that they're stressed from work and seeing a girl is their way to get their stress out. Sometimes guy see the girl as just an object to abuse. [B]Booking Japanese Only Shops[/B]
It is YMMV as I described. The girl herself suggested it but then said it's Japanese only. I called the shop and they refused to take me - no inbound guests (aka tourists). It was not a matter of money, and it didn't matter that the girl herself said I could. It's a liability / risk issue to them, since if there is any problem or money dispute a tourist is potentially gone the next day and can't be tracked down like a local.

Sounds like it's mostly a bummer for the girls, as we guys have a lot of other choices. I say this as a guy living in the US that has never visited but I am planning to purchase a house and try to retire there, (immigration laws are tough) or at least spend as much time as I can there.

I haven't seen a full list of the ones that closed, but they're all in the Marine Blue Group (examples: Marine Blue Chiba and Marine Blue Ogota).
