There are two Manzoku information shops in Kabukicho I use to browse oppai pubs, hostess clubs, fetish clubs, and more. If you speak English only, thre's limited options such as Luxe oppai pub. The first time to any oppai pub, I would always use Manzoku. The reason is, there is such a ymmv factor to entry for reasons that have nothing to do with you. If it's 10pm, some shops are jam packed and they won't take a single new customer Japanese or foreigner. Or if they would, they're not going to prioritize foreigners. During high season, they prioritize locals too. I couldn't get into some shops that I could before for these reasons, even though a week later I could again.

If you use Manzoku, they will speed dial that shop and say "I have a Japanese speaking foreigner can we send him?" and they get a yes or no in seconds. Sometimes, the reply is "Yes but the wait is 20 minutes" and then I say yes or no to that. Or, they'll say "We have a foreigner who speaks no English, can we send him?" They might ask back your race / nationality [I]if you don't speak Japanese[/I].

Each shop makes the call on the spot based on how busy they are and their own policy. Manzoku is very knowledgeable about every shop. Other "free info booths" aren't so knowledgeable or professional. Manzoku's shop theme is a bat, and there are two shops in Kabukicho. Remember, do not talk with any black / Nigerian tout in Kabukicho. They are offering rip off shops targeting foreigners.

[B]2nd Timer Entry to Oppai PubS[/B]
Nearly every oppai pub has a rule that if you've been there before as a guest, you can visit again. No matter your race no and matter if you speak zero Japanese. Even if they normally block those things otherwise. This is because Japanese locals will invite business partners to HOS to loosen up. To HOS, those are ideal customers who have money, buy the girls drinks, and might even fall in love with a girl for their jackpot. HOS does not want curious lookie-loos and tourist types.
