I also went to Nishi Kawaguchi (actually after reading 2722's post, which inspired me) just yesterday. It is an incredible place with a lot of foreigner friendly places. Dolphin video box in Shibuya has changed its name to Olive now, and the Special Course has increased to 8000 yen.
