1) I read a while back that the going rate for the ladies is around 100,000 UGX. Is this still true? Also, Capital Pub is supposed to have the better talent and it seems like the asking price might be higher than elsewhere. If so, what are they asking for there?

2) Finally, anyone stay at the HBT Russell recently? In the past, I believe the word was it was girl friendly but just wanted to confirm if this is still the case?

I gave once 100 k ugx. That was for TWO days shagging with a Squirter. And its the other way around. Capital is the cheapest pussy place. 3. O'learys and all other expat bars, AcaciaAve, or Kololo bars (tourist prices).

4. The Alchemist, Monot Lounge, LiquidSilk, Guvnor, in Bugolobi or IndustrialArea (local upscale prices).

Prices in Capital pub are clear and Neddy69 just nailed it once again. I'm also well aware my self-defined price categories overlap to certain degree.

The question: I have read really mixed information related to latter two categories. How much one is supposed to pay in O'learys or Kololo bars (cat 3)? What about in those local white-collar places (cat 4)? Let's assume we forget online girls and newbie prices. Even then I've difficulties to believe 40 k or even 100 k is the ceiling. More than happy to be proved wrong though.

Its a market. Like there is Volkswagens and Ferrari. There is is stunners marketing themselves as Ferraris and you'll find them in the upmarket downtown places. Its a matter of your negotiating skills, time of night. i.e. late night prices go down. But they'll start with 100 usdollar baseline. If a girl quotes dollars I walk away straight from the deal. But you're looking for at least 100k to 200k ugx. The Volkswagens you can find in Capital. Out of a 80 girls probably 80% is trash. But there is always some stunners for 50.000 ugx. Be aware though that Capital is only for the hardcore africa monger who knows how to keep the skanks at bay. My friend a quite experienced africa monger had to run away recently.

One Bubbles girl was very happy with 200000 ugx. Again she would have settled for less. How do I know they were very happy and likely to have settled for less? Simple, they were at my beck and call on Whatsapp after that first time.
