Although I am quite sure that not all agencies guarantee that. As far as I know escort girls were not bound to the regulations with the health card as normal sexworkers were in recent years. But this has probably been changed by now and I assume that also escort girls need to get the health card.

It is definitely reasonable to ask the agency for girls with weekly tests and to bring their healt card. Depending on the reaction of the person on the phone you will know what to think.
