Mon Rouge will probably be closed but VK, KD, Liberty, Royal etc. are usually open most of the holidays. The individual websites will give the hours of operation over the holidays.

I was staying in a hotel near Oranienburger Strasse last week and was stopped by a few of these ladies. Not a new club. Just a new website. I was there about 8 years back and it was spectacularly forgettable. There are much better ways to spend your euros in Berlin IMO.
